Maximum occupancy is limited to six (6) people at all times, including both overnight guests and daytime visitors. No parties or events of any kind are permitted, including social gatherings, celebrations, food gatherings, entertainment events, team gatherings, or commercial/organized events. The property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras for safety and compliance purposes; do not tamper with or disable any devices, and no audio is recorded inside the home. Pets are only allowed if accurately disclosed and approved in advance as part of the reservation; unauthorized pets are prohibited. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property without refund, and additional charges as permitted by platform policies and applicable law.

Both full bathrooms have been completely renovated with new toilets, sinks, vanities, and showers, giving a modern, hotel‑like feel. • Finished Basement: One of the home’s most popular features, the finished, heated basement serves as a game and lounge area.
