Our Ventura Pierpont Bay FAMILY FRIENDLY beach house, just steps away to the sand is meant to cultivate SERENITY BY THE SEA. Our luxurious, POTTERY BARN cozy and relaxing beach house is perfectly located for that relaxing get-away you've been looking for!

Ventura Pierpont Bay is a quaint beach where you can relax and enjoy the sun, waves, walks, great food, shopping and stunning sunsets!

Our single story beach beauty has an open floor plan with Travertine stone floors and asymmetrical, high-beamed ceilings. The light-filled living room with fireplace opens to the custom designed kitchen with granite counter tops and a Wolf range. The spacious family room with queen pull-out couch boasts 2 sets of French doors that open to the secluded backyard with it's lush, tropical landscaping, stone patio, Teak Wood dining table, BBQ and large wrap around hideaway outdoor shower (with hot water!).

Sunny master suite with queen size bed, skylight, a stunning adjoining bathroom and French doors that open to the patio. The second bedroom is cozy with a comfortable bunk bed (3rd bed a trundle), and it's own tastefully designed adjoining bathroom.

Sunny Den with TV, Sonos One, DVD player, Amazon Prme/Netflix also has sleeper couch queen, or queen air mattress with single couch bed (just remove the cushioins). Den also has mobile printer/scanner available with printing paper.

Wifi, Direct TV, Flat Screens in every room, gas fireplace in living room, fully stocked Chef's kitchen with Wolf gas range, and is supplied with linens, bath and beach towels, filtered drinking water and soft water. Plus, a single car garage with automatic door opener has a state-of-the-art washer and dryer.

Within minutes you can walk to Seaward Ave. and enjoy eateries such as sushi, seafood, Thai, Italian, local pubs and the popular Surf-N-Yogurt.

The Marina Park, shops, Starbucks, and Vons Grocery Store are also within a short walking distance. A short drive or bike ride will take you to Ventura Pier or to Ventura Harbor Village where you can enjoy Channel Island boat excursions, whale watching cruises, deep sea fishing and kayak/boat rentals. In the summer months, hop on the free Ventura Trolley to Downtown for more shops, restaurants, movie theaters and historical sights.

This property was perfect for us! Had everything we needed, we even cooked in a couple of the nights and the kitchen was well stocked. It was so clean and so cute and half a block from the beach. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was the best rental experience I’ve ever had! Lisa went above and beyond. She was 100% committed to making our stay the best it could be at all times.The house was perfect. Location is amazing; walking distance to the beach which we visited constantly, walking distance to restaurants and necessities (grocery store, etc.)Inside the home is beautifully decorated, cozy and stocked with literally everything you might need — from beach chairs, boogie boards to a turkey roasting pot, tupperware, and plastic wine glasses for the walk to the beach for the evening sunset celebration. Not to mention luxury extra touches like fine linens and spa toiletries.I wish I could give more than five stars because I cannot recommend this house and these hosts enough! If you are considering renting this place DO IT! You will have a wonderful stay.

We definitely enjoyed our stay, which was important since we were in town for a family reunion! Not only is the host excellent at communicating, yet the house was ideal for our family, including our 1 year old granddaughter! If you are considering staying at this beautiful home, please note all the wonderful items that are available to use for children and babies and adults! Lastly, the short walk to the beach and various restaurants etc. added to our fun experience! Thank you so much!!

Beautiful location - perfect for our family of 5. Our kids were in heaven and did not want to leave! This is probably the most thoughtful, clean, and comfortable beach vacation rentals we have ever experienced. We certainly hope to come back soon! THANK YOU!!!!

Cozy by the Sea

My husband and I stayed for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time- both indoors and out. The house was well laid out, impeccably clean, the kitchen contained high quality cooking appliances, pots and pans etc and the beds were very comfortable.The beach was a short walk down the lane. We very much enjoyed our daily walks along the shore down towards the docks. The house was well stocked with an impressive collection of beach toys, buggies boards, bicycles etc. We were sorry that the weather didn’t allow us to take full advantage. Lisa is an excellent host. I especially appreciated the wine and cheese upon arrival, the refrigerator stocked with water and perfume free detergent as I am highly allergic.My only regret is that we were unable to share all this with our grandchildren- they would have had a BLAST! Well… maybe next time!

Great location and property for families

Perfect

This property was perfect for our family of 4! Enough room for us and our 2 “kids” ages 21 and 17 :) my son loved the outdoor shower!! Hot water! So nice to let them walk to beach without us, literally less than a 2 minute walk! The house had everything we needed for beach…everything!! We used bikes too! So great to have everything in garage!! We walked to breakfast and dinner a few times! Thank you to our host Lisa who was easily reached and excellent communication!! Definitely recommend for a small family or couples trip!

Loved our stay!

The house was very well stocked and was great for our family vacation. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes and the garage was stocked with everything we needed. The beach was not crowded and there are a lot of restaurants close by. We will definitely come back.

Great House&Host!

We stayed in this beautiful home for several weeks in May and loved every minute! Lisa is a wonderful host and has thought of every detail to make guests feel right at home. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has all of the basic cooking essentials. The house is located on the prettiest of the Pierpont lanes :) and Starbucks&Vons are within walking distance. We hope to stay here again! Thank you, Lisa!

Wonderful house and host!

We had a fantastic stay in Lisa's lovely beach house. The house is adorable, perfectly located, and the patio is a beautiful place to have dinner. Perfect for exploring Ventura and the Channel Islands. Lisa is an extremely gracious host and went out of her way to make us all feel welcome and comfortable.

Perfect Birthday Getaway

What an amazing property! It was lovely being a 2-minute walk from the beach for our daughter's 18th birthday. She was able to have some friends over, and the layout of the house was perfect for them to have space to eat tacos and hang out, while my husband and I had the den to relax and watch TV. We loved having use of sand toys & bikes - We took the bikes out for a ride to the Pier for lunch one day, and the kids took buckets & shovels and boogie boards to the beach when they went to hang out. Lisa was fantastic about keeping in touch and making sure everything was going smoothly. Thank you for a great getaway!

Beautiful, Peaceful Home

The home is beautiful - spacious, modern kitchen, gorgeous backyard, large living room and family room, comfy bedrooms and baths. The neighborhood is quiet and with friendly neighbors, and the home is a short walk from the beach (about 90 seconds just down the street). The owner left a lovely welcome basket of cheese, crackers, chocolates, and Martinelli's. There are lots of condiments in the fridge and many choices of Kpods for coffee every morning. There are many beach toys (wet suits, boogie boards, chairs, etc. ), and a number of bicycles if you feel like riding leisurely around the neighborhood. It is a wonderful place to relax, and Lisa (the owner) is very friendly, easy to reach by phone if needed, really thinks of so many ways to help the visitor have so many conveniences and settle right in. She has really done a wonderful job of creating a welcoming, beautiful space. We loved it and hope to return in the near future

Ventura Gem

We loved this home in Ventura. Clean and beautiful . So many great extras - snacks, wine and cheese, several coffee choices provided by the host. Tons of toys for the beach - enough boogie boards and wet suits for the whole family. The location is perfect- very short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. Loved our long weekend!

Excellent second visit

We based our whole road trip from the UK to make sure we could revisit this gem of a property. I think my original review three years ago says it all. I was unsure if it would suit the kids with them being three years older (now 15 and 17) but on arrival they said ‘ahhh it’s like coming home’. The house has everything and the location is unbeatable. We went to the Social Tap for happy hour most days and would highly recommend. Thanks Lisa for yet another fantastic stay. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time at Lisa’s rental in Ventura. It was incredibly clean and well stocked. Our two boys (5 and 1) loved all the beach toys and the wagons made it super convenient to head to the beach each day. Not to mention, the location can’t be beat - not just in proximity to the beach and downtown Ventura restaurants, but also a short drive to Santa Barbara and Ojai, which we did as well.

My husband and I have 7 grown children and 14 grandchildren. We take care of our disabled adult daughter 24/7 who loves going to the beach house! Growing up I always loved the beach and spent a lot of time camping, surfing and hanging out listening to the waves crashing. I especially loved the Ventura beaches. I had hoped to one day own a home near the beach and host a Vacation Rental. My hopes have been fulfilled and I am loving being a host!

We looked for a home in Ventura for over 10 years. When we found this home it was perfect and easily accessible for our disabled adult daugher. This is a fantastic home with near proximity to the beach (just a 2 minute walk).
The home is newly remodled, very nicely decorated and gives a comfortable relaxing environment to enjoy the beach with all the comforts of home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This newly remodeled home with high pitch ceilings and stone flooring throughout is amazingly beautiful and easy short walk to the beach! We’ve added a ramp and sand mats for wheelchair access to the beach. The amenities that we offer beat any other vacation rental in the area. Just bring yourselves and your clothes, we have everything else!
