The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels and all the essentials you might need. In the kitchen, you’ll discover everything to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, mini-fridge, and cooking essentials. For your relaxation, kick back in the comfy living area with a flat-screen TV and enjoy the welcoming warmth of central heating. It's the perfect spot to feel right at home!



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole apartment to yourself, along with a free ski depot for your convenience! Plus, the building has a lovely spa center with a swimming pool, perfect for unwinding. Just a heads up, though access to the spa isn't included in the price. Enjoy your stay!

Nestled in the vibrant heart of New Gudauri at Redco Block 2, this cozy apartment is just a hop away from delicious restaurants, relaxing spa centers, and fun entertainment options! You'll also find markets and grocery stores close by. Plus, the Gondola Ski lift is just a quick 10-minute walk, so you can step outside and be on the slopes in no time. Enjoy all the adventure and relaxation that’s right at your doorstep!

Although public transport options may be limited, we offer comprehensive tips and guidance to help you navigate the area with ease.



Other Things to Note:

We enforce a strict non-smoking policy—violations may incur a fine. Please help us keep the space tidy by taking out the trash before checking out.
