This cozy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is an easy walk down the backyard to the new Carolina Caribbean beginner ski area. You are also within walking distance of town - hiking trails, dog park, restaurants, sledding hill, and Fred’s General Mercantile.

There is parking for three cars in a flat parking area right outside the home.
If you are staying in winter you WILL need 4 wheel drive and chains! The roads can be hazardous.

The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, couch, love seat, bench seating. Walk out of the living room to the expansive deck with seating, and a gas grill.

The modern kitchen offers everything you will need for your stay. There is a table with plenty of seating, as well as bar seating. A mudroom off the kitchen with space for skis and boots, leading out to the fenced-in dog area. There is also a full sized stackable washer and dryer in the utility closet off of the kitchen.

The lower level features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a queen bed is on one side with a private bathroom. On the other side are two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, that share a jack and jill bathroom.

Upstairs you will find an additional bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed, full bathroom, and a loft. The loft features a gaming table with a flip top for pool or air hockey. This is a great area for kids and teens!
