Ample linens, beach towels, and luxury bath towels are provided in this condo. The living room has a 43" SMART TV, a DVD player, a comfy LaZBoy recliner, a love seat, and a sofa with a pull-out bed. There is a modest Movie Library for all ages with an assortment of DVD's. For more fun while indoors, you will find games and puzzles.

It doesn’t end there! You will have a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, which includes a full-size glass-top range and oven, an extra quiet dishwasher, microwave and other small appliances. The full-size refrigerator includes an icemaker. The dining table seats 6 and the adjacent kitchen bar seats 3 more people. The LARGE BALCONY contains a table that seats 4, plus 3 Adirondack Lounge Chairs are there for relaxing.

Coin Washers and Dryers are on every even floor, and if you choose to download their app, you can pay on your phone. For added convenience, we provide you with laundry and detergent.

Beach toys are located in our unit's personal storage area on the 4th floor.

This complex has a BEACHSIDE OLYMPIC HEATED POOL FACING THE OCEAN. The heat is geothermal for 78-87 Degree temperatures. The deck has ample lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. For those who need a short break from the sun, there is a roofed area just outside the clubhouse with good shade. Two tennis courts, picnic tables, grills, shuffleboard, and more are located on this property. Free parking spaces are available too!
