Our ocean front unit is without a doubt the most private and most desirable unit in Summer Sands. Being on the top floor we have the best views with nothing but the beach and ocean to look at. Being higher, one also hears the roar of the ocean much more distinctly. You can see the Wildwood boardwalk and Friday night fireworks on the beach from our balcony or the amazing morning sunrise which you can see from most anywhere in our unit. This is the main reason we purchased our unit. That million dollar view. The unit has been renovated with all the furnishings brand new. In the bedroom there is an upgraded queen pillow top mattress and a comfy bunk bed for the kids. The lower bunk bed mattress is upgraded to sleep an adult very comfortably. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom with additional shelving behind the door. Also find a 32 inch Samsung TV and 2 suitcase butlers........>>>>>Please note that guests at Summer Sands must provide their own linens and towels )..The kitchen is fully stocked with all you would need including full size French door fridge, over the range microwave and crock pot, granite counter tops and apartment size electric oven. Also Included is a highchair. There is a 60 inch Samsung HDTV with a blue ray player. Free WiFi and 3 beach chairs with 1 umbrella , 30 can Coleman beach cooler for your beach days. The bathroom is new with a full size tub and shower. You can enjoy your meals inside while looking at nothing but the beach with no obstructions, or go down to the 2nd floor sun patio and sit at the many provided tables with umbrellas or loungers which are provided for all guests to use. There are 4 sun patios available. Please note that the direct ocean front patio is for everyone's use, not just the ocean front owners. There are two heated swimming pools and 6 gas grills to use. Fishing and golfing are only a few minutes drive with amazing seafood restaurants everywhere close by. The Wildwood boardwalk is less then 2 miles from our unit. Our location is very quiet and away from the crowds. It is a free beach so no beach tags are required. Also there are portable his and hers potties on the beach and beach equipment rental as well. Across the street is the Coronado Resort where you can have a great breakfast and lunch. .......>>>>Again bed linen and towels not provided and can be .
