Welcome to Maresol 310, your bayfront retreat in Ocean City. Located on the 3rd floor, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers sweeping views of the bay and a peaceful setting that still keeps you close to the excitement of Coastal Highway. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the stress melt away as you step onto your private balcony and take in the sparkling water and vibrant sunsets that Ocean City is famous for.



Inside, the open living area invites you to gather with loved ones. Comfortable seating surrounds a TV, perfect for relaxing movie nights after a day in the sun. Large windows frame the bay, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, complete with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar for casual seating.



The bedrooms are designed for both comfort and flexibility. The primary suite features a king bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub — your personal spa-like escape. The second bedroom includes a twin bed and a bunk bed (twin over full), while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. Each bedroom includes a TV, and a second full bathroom ensures convenience for everyone.



Step outside and enjoy Maresol’s amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, private tennis courts, and an elevator for easy access. With two parking spaces included, coming and going is stress-free. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
