We feature a sauna, jacuzzi, and a private swimming pool in summer. The rooms are simple (no TV) and include AC, although it is rarely needed even in midsummer, as the village lies at the foot of the highest mountain in the Balkans. The villa is located near the river at the edge of the village, with nature walking trails starting right from its doorstep.

We welcome retreats and families of up to 20 people. The place includes a 60-square-meter basement suitable for yoga practice, a kitchen and private dining room, as well as a private restaurant next door.
