Stylish and affordable, this ground-floor condo at the Viking Lodge in the town of Telluride is a cozy and compact home base for your winter or summer adventures. The large window provides natural light in this well-appointed condo that sleeps 4 (2 adults/2 children) with a queen bed and bunk beds. If you don't need the bunk beds, fold up the top bunk and enjoy the lower bunk as a sitting/living area. The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, cooktop, sink, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience. A sitting area near the door, updated bathroom, and a storage closet round out this affordable studio condo.

The complex also offers Hot Tub (year-round) and heated pool (summer only) - Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

Location is a nice walk to the gondola, however they never advertised this as ski-in/ski-out in their defenseā€¦WIFI really slow and intermittentā€¦did not have any password or numeric sequence to get into condo and would have been a conundrum had not Marcus been serendipitously there when we drove upā€¦

Convenient location

Went here for the Horror festival. Easy walk to the Palm theater (8 minutes) and Sheridan Opera House (10 minutes). We didn't rent a car, and we're fine. Room came with water filter and crock pot. Room has stove and microwave, lacks an oven. Mini fridge lacks a freezer. We would stay here again. Nice view of creek.

Incredible stay in beautiful CO

I used this VRBO for the Telluride Horror Show and even though I booked last minute, the property managers were wonderful at accommodating my schedule and letting me know every bit of info I needed. It was so adorable and perfect for an October adventure!

Great short stay!

Perfect location! Walked to gondola, grocery, and shops in town! Property was exactly as described and very clean! It is small but that did not bother us!Laundry is right across the hall. Would stay at location again.

Cute place in a good location.

Nice, cute clean place in a great location. Convenient parking and can walk to everything. Only downside is there no AC and the days we stayed were rather warm and took the apartment awhile to cool off in the evening.

Telluride studio

Cozy place only a short walk from the lifts. The studio is tight if youā€™re looking for a place to hang out in, but offers everything you need to comfortably sleep 3-4 people. Especially given the location being a short walk from the lifts, this place was perfect for our needs. Our host was also extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay worthwhile

Great studio located in super convenient area of downtown telluride. Perfect for a couple who wants to spend their time exploring the beauty of telluride. Tight for 3 adults but still doable for close friends. Studio has everything you can need and hot tub in facility!

Summer vacation

Telluride is absolutely spectacular . We hiked many trails and especially enjoyed See Forever trail, Wasatch Connection to Bear Creek and back to town . Strenuous but so worth it . . Our studio was so well located , impeccable , tastefully done, and comfortable . Dining with the windows wide open , listening to the creek was so relaxing and romantic . The restaurant Cosmopolitan gave us a fine dining experience we wonā€™t forget . Thank you

Fantastic little hideaway!

I really enjoyed this little condo. Lots of natural light and well used space. Perfect for a couple or if you just need some time to yourself. Close to lifts and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Management was very responsive and helped me with a few questions.

location & comfort - great condo!

Thanks for a great stay in Telluride! This condo was perfect for my two boys and I (ages 11 and 8). Super clean, updated and the location couldn't be better. The river runs right by the window and we were steps (literally) from the pool and parking lot. Once arriving in town, we didn't move our car for the entire week. Oh, and usually it's the opposite, but there are plenty of hooks available for hanging backpacks, bathing suits, towels and anything else. It's the little things, but hooks are often an overlooked feature in many places we've stayed. Thanks for the "hook-up"! We would definitely stay here again.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines start at $500.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
