Girls trip - we have been going to Destin for 13 years. This house was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was a huge hit. Very clean.

A beautiful home in a beautiful community.

We absolutely loved this home. Very spacious and accommodating. 37 Penelope St owes us nothing. I would definitely rebook. The entire process was smooth. No issue with booking , instructions, the home or leaving. Beautiful home. I was sad to leave. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect. Plenty of room with 5 king suits and two big bunk rooms. Location was perfect for kids to walk back and forth to the beach. The beach was excellent and there were 5 beach chairs for us to use. The golf cart was and added bonus! The pool was spotless being cleaned twice during our stay. We all enjoyed the hot tub!

Property was awesome. Multiple days of double red flags with no ocean access. So glad we had a pool that could accommodate our group. Our friends booked a different property nearby that had a tiny pool (not much bigger than a kiddie pool). Property was clean and communication with Alex was great. We would defiantly recommend booking this property.

Our stay was wonderful! We did have some issues with the pool and hot tub for most of our stay, so that was a bummer, but they were very helpful and came out many times to help try to fix the issue! We would absolutely say again!! As a recommendation for the owners, I’d suggest getting curtains on the two upstairs bedroom doors that lead to a connected deck. The two bedrooms did somewhat face each other and you could see into each others bedrooms, which was a little awkward. We hung up beach towels to try and give some privacy!

The house was perfect for our group, we had 4 families (15 people) and had plenty of space! The outdoor area was great, the pool was nice and outdoor seating area. Not too far of a walk to the beach; wish a golf cart was included but we were able to rent one. Overall a great house and great vacation!

Stayed with 22 people ranging from age 10 months to 50 and a great time was had by all! Great memories made in the fabulous pool and great meals made in the kitchen. Could use some more big pots but we had all the kitchen tools we needed. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Management was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay!

Wonderful time in Florida! The owners of the property were wonderful to deal with and the home is gorgeous. Everything was in working order and their graciousness helped make the vacation. Totally memorable. We absolutely plan to come again.

Great property

The house was perfect for our group. When we first arrived we had to do some extra cleaning (stuff on floors, refrigerator dirty/sticky). Otherwise a great property.

The only issue we had was getting into the gated community. Waze took us to the Exit gate not the entrance gate. Which is not actually marked so we couldn't figure out how to get in at first... So make sure you go in on Miami and not Hollywood.We had a 20 people with a total of 5 cars stay for the week and it was very comfortable and roomy enough to accommodate everyone and the cars. The golf cart was a must have since we were a little farther from the beach than I expected but it's always hard to tell from the maps. If you are a brisk walker it may be 5 minutes but it's more like 10 minutes. Mind you, I didn't time the walk. But loading the golf cart and running people and things to the beach worked great!The beds were very comfortable and clean. Everything about the house was clean and well equipped. The pool was perfect for our group. They came and cleaned the pool on Wednesday which was nice. The first night we were there we discovered two sinks clogged so I called and the maintenance team came out first thing Sunday morning and took care of them. The dryer took forever to dry the towels but be patient and just don't put too many in at once.The gated community felt very safe and walker friendly. I would definitely recommend this house to any large group.

Awesome vacation home

Our stay was pretty flawless. We loved the house and to be honest it was just as great as the pictures showed.. every thing was clean and tidy and well organized..We had plenty of utensils to use in the house and outside the house for our dinners...overall we had a very pleasant stay..the only thing that we was a little disappointed in was the hot tub/spa..To be honest they did post on the site you must pay to heat the pool/hot tub which wasn't cheap so we passed..But ive never seen a place charge you to heat the hot tub or as my wife called it a luke warm bubbly tub. I understand charging to heat the pool but just strange to heat what should already be hot..But other then that it was awesome and we would stay here again.

Home is very nice and clean and well supplied. this accommodations worked well for our families. Would have liked for the alarm leading to backyard/pool to work, this was not working. we were not happy with the access to the beach when the ad indicated only .3 of a mile,it was actually over .6 to actual access. we would have liked to known what is supplied for beach/pool, I asked this question,was told we had to rent, upon arriving found a notice and room full of items we could use. It would have been nice if light switches were labeled in larger rooms

Hurricane Milton sent us to Destin

Wow...such a nice house!! My family had a planned vacation in Bradenton. Due to Hurricane Milton our rental was damaged, so we had to move to plan B. My family has never been to Destin. The house was well stocked. A large amount of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and serving dishes. Everything we needed to cook breakfast everyday and a few dinners at home. We took advantage of the beach rental credit that was provided to us. We use our credit toward bikes for our entire stay. With my credit I only had to pay an additional $81 to get 2 adult and 3 kids bikes for our entire stay which was 12 days. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house was so spacious. The only issue I had was the floors were not clean upon our arrival and some of the bathrooms had hair in the shower drain and in the sinks. I cleaned it myself and did not advise the property manager until after I left so they could address it with their cleaning company. I wish the internet speed was a little higher. We would have so issues with freezing and slowness. We had a few cooler nights which caused the pool to be cold the next day. I wish I had the option to pay extra to have it heated. This wasn't an option till Nov 1 to pay for the pool to be heated. I think this option should be available starting Oct 1. Other than that it was a GREAT place. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful, spacious house. Loved that each bedroom had a private bathroom. The outdoor space was awesome and a great place for the entire group to hangout. The outdoor closet was packed with beach/pool stuff; there was also many beach towels stored inside the house for all to use. Our host, Alex, was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. The golf cart was great for running to the beach and the stores. We had a wonderful week at Aquamarine!

We’ve been coming to Destin for years and this was by far our favorite house! So many bedrooms and bathrooms and the main floor/kitchen went right out to the outdoor area so no stairs. Pool was awesome!!! Alex was great and was so responsive! Thank you for making our stay so great!!!!
