The Space:

When you enter the apartment, you're greeted by soaring ceilings, oversized windows, and an open living space filled with natural light. Wide-plank hardwood floors, warm wood finishes, curated artwork, and contemporary furnishings create a comfortable setting designed for longer stays.



The main living area is anchored by a large cream sofa positioned across from a wall-mounted TV, with oversized windows overlooking the surrounding neighborhood. The open layout flows naturally into the dining area, where a round table seats four for meals, work sessions, or entertaining.



Adjacent to the living space, the kitchen features stone countertops and backsplash, extensive cabinetry, and a full suite of integrated appliances, including Bosch wall ovens, a cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee station. The generous counter space makes it easy to cook and dine at home throughout an extended stay.



The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, oversized windows, bedside tables, and a large area rug. Natural light fills the room during the day, while the layout provides a comfortable retreat separate from the main living area.

Utilities for this unit are included in the listed price (wifi, electric, heat, etc). Excessive use of A/C (exceeding $250/mo) will be billed back to guests after move-out.
