QUIET HOURS: The house is located in a residential area. Please respect the community by avoiding loud music or noise after 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
SECURITY: Cameras are installed outside the property for security purposes, respecting the privacy of guests at all times. There are no cameras inside.
Monthly paid parking near the building (guest responsibility, not included by host).

1. Bonum Home LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur to guests or their visitors during their stay at the property. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, incidents occurring in or around potentially hazardous areas such as the swimming pool, staircases, or outdoor spaces.
2. Guests shall be fully responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings by themselves or their companions.
3. All guests are expected to exercise caution and show respect for the property and its surroundings.
Neighborhood Conduct and House Rules:
1. Hosting events or parties on the property is strictly prohibited.
2. Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the building. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and must be complied without exception.
3. Disrupting neighbors’ tranquility or invading common or private areas of adjacent properties is strictly forbidden. Guests are not allowed to enter areas not belonging to the rented premises.
4. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property.
Check-In and Check-Out:
1. Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. onward. Any alternative arrangements must be agreed upon in advance.
2. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Any alternative arrangements must be agreed upon in advance.These times must be strictly respected. Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures will result in additional charges.
Property:
1. It is strictly prohibited to dispose of solid objects, wet wipes, or any item that may obstruct the plumbing system and affect the proper functioning of the water system in the toilet. Guests are kindly asked to use the waste bins located in each bathroom and kitchen on the property.
2. Throwing trash, food scraps, or any other type of waste into the pool or its surrounding areas is strictly prohibited.
3. The guest must access the apartment following the provided instructions once their reservation is confirmed. Access to the apartment is managed through the SwitchBot app.
4. The apartment does not include a parking space; however, monthly paid parking spots are available and can be acquired directly by the guest, without host intermediation.
Trash Disposal:
1. All trash generated must be disposed of exclusively in the designated containers at the building.
2. All waste must be placed in properly sealed bags.
3. It is strictly prohibited to leave trash on the ground or in areas assigned to neighboring homes.
