Villa Vista benefits from unrivaled, majestic views across the Mediterranean Sea and Costa Paradiso, surrounded by wildlife and nature that fills the air with the smells of the Mediterranean, it is a villa that truly lets you enjoy the stunning natural simplicity of Sardinia.

The outdoor sheltered terrace that overlooks the sea views is perfect for meal times, enjoying the local food and wine and watching the sensational sunsets and wildlife.

The villa is centred around an open plan living and kitchen area, with dining table and chairs, and comfortable sofas seating up to six people.

The hallway leads to one double bedroom and two twin rooms (either can be turned into a double), as well as two bathrooms, one family sized with bath, shower & WC, and one with shower & WC.

From the large living/dining area doors open onto the terrace and the sensational view of the sea and beyond. The modern kitchen is well equipped with gas hob and electric oven. There is a utility area with washing machine.

The villa is a short walk to the local shops and amenities, and a 5 minutes’ drive to the best beach in area, Li Cossi. It also benefits from private off-street parking for one car.

Der Aufenthalt auf Sardinien war gut.Am Haus Vista Villa gibt es einiges auszusetzen. Die Bäder sind relativ klein und besitzen leider keinerlei Ablageflächen, weder in der Dusche noch im Bad.Ganz schwacher Wasserdruck, Ausfall vom Warmwasser. Terrassentür aus Holz ließ sich nicht absperren. Siehe Foto. Bei Ein- und Auszug wäre es sinnvoll wenn jemand von der Agentur vor Ort wäre. Aussenbereich zum Aufenthalt im Sommer ungeeignet und sehr kleine Terrasse. Wo sollen da 6 Personen hin?Nur ein winziger Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Plastikliegen ohne Auflagen, 2 Liegen für 6 Personen? Aussendusche wäre schön.In der FeWo App war eine falsche Adresse hinterlegt, daß wir das Haus nicht finden konnten.Etwas mehr Pflege würde dem Haus gut tun, unbewegliche Verriegelung an der Terrassentür.Sprung in Glasscheibe.Für den Preis hätten wir mehr Komfort erwartet.mit freundlichen GrüßenJ. Nicht alles perfekt

Check in war ohne Probleme. Ferienhaus sauber vorgefunden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos. Das war das positive. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns, daß die Küche unzureichend ausgestattet war. Nur ein Satz Messer, kein Korkenzieher vorhanden, defekte Schneidemesser. Keine Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Würde aber am nächsten Tag nach Beanstandung geliefert wobei der Sonnenschirm viel zu klein war. Der Außengrill ist ok aber der Grillrost für vier Personen recht klein und ungereinigt vorgefunden. Die Bilder mit der Aussicht ist geschönt dargestellt. Links vom Grundstück befindet sich eine hohe Hecke, vor der Terrasse ist ein hoher Busch, wodurch die Sicht nach vorne ebenfalls stark beeinträchtigt wird. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war so gering, daß es unmöglich war, gleichzeitig zu duschen. Außerdem teilte uns der Vermieter mit, daß eine Mischbatterie defekt war. Bei Benutzung der Toilettenspülung stand man gänzlich ohne Wasser da. Die Lage wäre traumhaft aber die Fahrt zum Supermarkt dauert 10min. und die Straßen sind nicht die besten. Die drei vorhandenen Restaurants sind nur mit einem Fußmarsch von mindestens 20min zu erreichen. Also auch da ist das Auto eigentlich unersetzlich.

Posto stupendo, vista fantastica. La casa era come descritta ma l’ arredamento e gli utensili erano passabili e i materassi e i cuscini piuttosto scadenti. Necessità di qualche manutenzione (gabinetti e serrature). Per il resto nessun problema. Spiagge bellissime a circa 20 minuti di macchina mentre quelle vicine ad agosto quasi impraticabili.

Ferienhaus in Costa Paradiso

Das Ferienhaus steht an einen sehr schönen Ort mit einer wunderbaren Sicht auf das Meer und Costa Paradiso. Leider ist es rund um das Haus nicht gepflegt. Auch der schönste Platz mit der super Aussicht ist nicht geeignet zum Sitzen. Lauter grober Kies. Die Innenausstattung mit Klimaanlage ist soweit in Ordnung. Ein Mangel sind die durchgelegenen Federkernmatratzen. Sonst war der Aufenthalt in Costa Paradiso mit seinem sehr schönen Strand und den nah gelegenen Restaurants sehr erholsam.

Abseits

Die Lage des Hauses hat einen super Ausblick, aber es ist sehr weit weg vom Schuss. Ohne Auto geht fast nix!! Sehr ungepflegte Aussenanlage! Das Haus an sich ist aber ordentlich und sauber. Wir hatten uns für ein Haus ohne Pool entschieden, da Strandnähe in der Annonce stand. Der Strand ist aber fußläufig nicht (wirklich) erreichbar. Ausserdem hat sich die Anzeige in der Zeit zwischen Buchung und Aufenthalt geändert. Alles in allem braucht man selbst zum Brötchen holen ein Auto. Wem viel Fahrerei egal ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Für uns war es viel zu weit weg zu Allem (Einkaufen, Bar, Strand...).

Un endroit respectueux de l environnement et un vertable paradis pour le calme,la vue exceptionnell

Bcp de positif ,mais qq bemols..un equipement culinaire plus que sommaire,les couteaux casses,à 6,1 seul torchon de cuisine de 40× 30 pour 15 jours,aucun changement de draps ni de serviettes alors que nous sommes restes 2 semaines et surtout pas un minimum d accueil avec du the qq produits simples comme du sel,,du vinaigre,et du liquide vaisselle,que nous avons laisse...mais globalement,l endroit est magique.

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage! Tolle Aussicht, wunderschöne Umgebung.

Insgesamt wunderschöne Ferienanlage, mit tollem Ausblick, schöner grosszügigen Wohnung und allem, was es braucht (Waschmaschine, etc.). Zu unserer grossen Freude hatte es viele Wildschweine, die abends unterwegs waren. Erstaunt hat uns, dass uns niemand darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat. Einziger Nachteil könnte darin bestehen, dass die Wohnung über keine Klimaanlage verfügt und es in der Hochsaison doch sehr heiss werden kann. Leider glaubten wir, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool in unmittelbarer Nähe geben würde, dem war aber nicht so ist. Dieser war weiter weg und für alle Leute von der Anlage gedacht, die über keinen eigenen Pool verfügten. Die Strände, die man nur mit dem Auto erreicht, sind wunderschön und trotz Hochsaison, sind die Strände überhaupt nicht überfüllt, was uns besonders angesprochen hat. Sardinien ist traumhaft schön, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ein schöner Platz mit herrlicher Aussicht.

Insgesamt sehr gut. Kleine Abstriche an der Ausstattung, wie Qualität des Bestecks, Qualität der Gläser, Tür der Spülmaschine lässt sich nicht ganz öffnen. Hat unsere Freude über den schönen Ort aber nicht getrübt.

Herrliche Aussicht

Wir haben 12 schöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Man kann herrliche Abende auf der Terrasse verbringen. Das Haus war sauber. Die Betten in Ordnung. Die Toiletten sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig. Einziger Nachteil: es fehlt dann doch irgendwie ein Pool und die Klimaanlage. Bei teilweise 47 Grad tagsüber und nachts selten unter 25 Grad...

Costa Paradiso vista mozzafiato!

La casa è bella , ha una vista davvero fantastica ed è corredata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una bella vacanza! Costa Paradiso è un villaggio privato che si estende su 8 km di costa. Molto ben costruito è tenuto in modo impeccabile. Ci sono tantissime abitazioni ma si mimetizzano con l'ambiente roccioso e la macchia mediterranea. All'interno del villaggio ci sono in ogni strada manichette per collegare gli idranti in caso d'incendio. Ci sono poi bar , ristoranti, m anche edicole, guardia medica ed altro.

Villa Vista, Costa Paradiso traumhafter Ausblick

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 6 Pers. (3 Erw, 3 Kinder) in der Villa Vista. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und wir haben es sehr genossen, dass diese Villa nicht zwischen anderen Häusern eingepfercht ist, es grenzt nur ein baugleiches Häuschen an die Villa Vista. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und ausreichend vorhanden. U.a. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Klimaanlage gibt es keine, aber wenn man die hinterlegten Nummern anruft, wird einem sogleich ein weiterer Ventilator gebracht. Ein Auto sollte unbedingt vorhanden sein, um an die Strände oder in den nächsten Supermarkt zu fahren. Alles in allem, sehr schöne erholsame 2 Wochen auf unserer Lieblingsinsel...

Where is the beach?

We (family of five) spent a fortnight at casa vista. The view from the house is great. Also, despite the high temperatures in late July and early August, there was a fresh, pleasant breeze on the veranda most of the time. However, we were disappointed about the distance to the beach. After all, this was our key decision criterion. According to the house description (when we booked), the “nearest beach is 0.5 Kilometers” away. We thus expected a beach to be in walking distance of the house. That however is NOT the case. The nearest beach, Li Cossi, is definitely not around the corner or in walking distance. It is more than 4 Kilometers away (we noticed the description now suggests the beach is a little over 1 K away--no, it's not!). The pretty beach can be accessed via a footpath which begins at the parking place after the diving school. The diving school is a ten minute drive from the house, from there it is a 15 minute walk. Another nice beach is Cala Sarraina which is 15 minutes away by car; go to SP 90, turn left toward Santa Teresa and after about 5 minutes follow the sign for Cala Sarraina (i.e., turn left off the SP 90). Moreover, the house could have been better equipped. There were only 6 knives, forks and spoons. Wine glasses were sorely missed. There is a washing machine and iron, but no ironing board. After four days, wine glasses and some other items were provided, however other essentials (especially in Italy) such as a cheese grater or saucepan were missing altogether. Given the high temperatures at night, an AC would definitely be useful. Most nights it was simply too hot to sleep. One fan is not enough for three bedrooms. What else deserves mention? First, there are ants crawling all over the kitchen. Second, bring wasp repellent for the outside eating area! More than once we had to flee indoors because of the many wasps. Quite annoying, really, especially since we suffered several stings. Almost everything (groceries, papers, stamps, etc.) can be purchased on site in little shops that are reminiscent of those on a camping site. More shops and restaurants as well as a great ice cream parlour (Gelatomania, 17 Via Nazionale) can be found in Badesi, which is about half an hour south of Costa Paradiso. A little farther is Castelsardo which is definitely worth a visit. The Castello (Castelsardo’s main attraction) is quite beautiful and there are lots of decent restaurants and pizzerias to choose from.

Thank you for your comments. I would like to say that nowhere does it state that a beach is in walking distance of the villa, and yes, Li Cossi beach, the best beach in the area, is approx. 3.5km. I did apologise for the mistake regarding the mention of a beach 0.5km, and would like to offer my apologises again, but there are some sandy coves and inlets where the sea is accessible approx. 1.5km from the villa. The property benefits from incredible sea views because it is high up and therefore has steep roads to and from, making walking to the beach definitely not ideal, this is why we recommend a car for the property. We have never had any complaints about the villa being too hot so have only ever provided one fan, if we had been notified during your stay we would have happily provided extra fans when we dropped off wine glasses and extra cutlery. We have now equipped the property with an extra fan so there is no problem in the future. In regards to ants and wasps, we do our utmost to prepare the villa for our guests, this includes blocking holes where ants find their way in, but this is the Mediterranean in summer and it is an ongoing issue all over the island. I am glad you did enjoy your holiday and I do hope that we did in some way play a part in that.

Superbe vue

Nous étions 5, 3 adultes et 2 enfants et cela convient parfaitement. La vue est fantastique. La maison est en parfait état. Il y a un lave-vaisselle qui n'est pas mentionné. Les indications du propriétaire pour trouver la maison sont très claires. L'endroit est très calme. On peut aller en 5 minutes de voitures+10 de marche à La plage de Li Cossi qui est superbe mais très fréquentée ou sinon prendre le taxi boat de Stefano au niveau du parking de Li Cossi pour 10 euros/personne pour aller sur une plage presque déserte.Costa Paradiso est à 30 minutes de Sta Theresa Di Gallura. Il y a des plages tout le long de la route pour y aller. A ne pas manquer, manger une (ou plusieurs) glaces chez O15 à Sta Theresa. Jackson suit parfaitement le séjour.

PERFECT VIEW and a nice house

We really enjoyed our time in Casa Vista, or rather outside the house. The view is REALLY PERFECT. We will be glad to visit it again. We give it 5 stars because of the location, the view and the house. The only thing we were missing was some wineglasses and regular sized cups for coffee. BUT with that view.....

splendid panoramic view

the house has a suitable dimension till 4 Persons. it was very clean. a young girl came over to look if everything is allright. German plugs didnt fit with the plug sockets..and she went immediatly to buy us an adaptor. The facilities are spartan. But the view....: it was: OH MY GOD! wonderfull!

Un vrai paradis

Les lieux sont tout à fait conforme à la présentation. Calme, qualité des lieux, propreté et bien sur la vue! Et un bon point particulier concernant le suivi de Jackson et son soucis pour le bon déroulement du séjour (Une greve des aiguilleurs pouvait menacer notre séjour et Jackson était tout a fait prêt immédiatement à accepter un décalage de notre séjour de quelque jours vu que le logement était disponible)
