Tradewinds #104 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 1st floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 941 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area and master bedroom. The living room has a new 48-inch WiFi-equipped smart TV. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths. The master has an en suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. This unit has a 2-car limit. King, queen, sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6

Tradewinds is a 14-story building located in Orange Beach about 5.4 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tradewinds has an indoor/outdoor swim-thru pool. The property also has a barbecue grilling area.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Clean, good location, ocean view, pool view but very loud when on patio (open until 10pm) but could not hear from inside condo, property management very responsive, mattress in master needs replaced. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Very nice property, the condo was very nice and clean. Views were great as well a location. Well maintained. If i had a composing would be the ejection were constantly broken down with only one working after first night and it was down a couple times a well. Overall great experience sometimes things break down.

Our new favorite place!

Everything was great! The location was perfect and the rental was just as pictured. We loved how close the pool and beach were. Itā€™s right across the street from mini golf and a few restaurants. Weā€™ve already recommended this place to our friends and we will definitely be coming back!

Could not beat the view! The beach was just a just a few feet away. Security was friendly. Other people staying at the same condo were also friendly. Next time we will book an extra day! This was a wonderful family trip for us

Great stay on the beach

Perfect location for a week long stay in Orange Beach with our friends. The unit we stayed in, 104, was clean, welcoming, spacious, and convenient for all of us. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. Thanks for everything. We will be back!

Nice property to stay in for our orange beach vacay. Doing renovations to the property, but there were no problems with that. No noise or anything. Its hard to find a condo sith the layout we needed but this one was perfect! We'll be back!

One loved the beach while the other enjoyed having access to the pool! Location was perfect for us. The kitchen was stocked with just enough dishes that we were able to cook meals. It was nice having a washer and dryer available. Check-in/out was easy. Carts available to haul stuff to and from car. I would book this room again!

Great location, easy access to the beach

The location of this condo is simply amazing! It was great to be right on the beach. Rooms were clean and was plenty of room for us. We were a little disappointed to not find any extra trash bags in the kitchen, extra paper towels provided, or toilet paper provided in bathrooms. I realize some things should be purchased, but usually you can find extra paper products and trash bags. Other than this, our stay was great!

Decent stay

Overall this condo is a decent stay if you arenā€™t looking to spend much time in the condo. Itā€™s in a great location and they have made updates inside the unit itself. The master bed was comfortable but the guest bed is terribly uncomfortable. Use caution when using the washer and dryer. They tore up a few items of clothing. The view from the balcony is nice but know itā€™s not very private as you are directly over the crowded pool.
