This unique dome home offers a spacious and inviting layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The lower level features two king suites, each with an updated ensuite bathroom. One suite includes a TV, backyard access, and a desk with a monitor, while the other offers a peaceful retreat. The fully stocked Dome Rock Wall kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with a dining area nearby. The cozy seating area with a TV provides a great space to unwind, and a washer and dryer add extra convenience.

Upstairs, the upper level includes a full bath with a shower/tub combo, a queen guest room with a comfortable queen bed. A private desk area offers a quiet spot for work or reading, while a comfy pull-out sofa provides extra sleeping space for two. A dedicated yoga area invites relaxation and mindfulness.

Step outside to take in breathtaking views throughout the outdoor space. Enjoy a private hot tub, a dining and seating area for al fresco meals, and a propane BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Whether you`re soaking in the scenery, relaxing after a day of adventure, or gathering with loved ones, this home provides the perfect setting for your Sedona getaway.

Guest have full access to the property after 4 pm on their check in day.

It`s best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.

No exceptions.

Pack N Play and Highchair are located in the home.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.

Service Animals:
Please message us before check in that you are traveling with a service animal so we do not mistake them for an unauthorized pet. We comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. If you`re not sure about whether your pet or service animal qualifies under our policy, feel free to reach out to us before booking.

When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside. Please pick up after your service animals and deposit waste in an outside trash can

HOT TUB POLICIES:
* Use at your own risk!
* leave floating chlorine dispenser in hot tub at all times.
* Respect the quiet hours of 9:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.
* No food or beverages in the hot tub.
* Follow all posted precautions.
* Do not leave children unsupervised at any time.
* Please do not use glassware or breakables at the hot tub.
* A fee will be assessed to drain and refill the hot tub due to glass breakage, or excessively dirty water in the hot tub.
* After use, please put hot tub cover back on and secure in place.
