My group and I really enjoyed this property. It was spacious, clean, and so close to the beach. The host was very communicative and responded when I had questions. I will definitely seek out this particular company again when I need to rent another property in that area.

The downstairs bathroom had no hot water.the cooking pots where not good.the downstairs never had heat so it was freezin,and water was not very hot at all.over all not very happy with house

Carpets smell horrible. Lots of broken amenities. Tiles are broken and lifting throughout upstairs. Front door knob doesn’t latch. Fridge water dispenser will flood the house if you close the freezer too hard. It was not cleaned well at all. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. Host was pleasant to deal with that’s a plus.

Beautiful home in lovely neighborhood

It was such an easy process from the reservation to the checkout. This house was lovely it fit our group of 8 just fine as long as someone sleeps on the couch. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Will be back

Was exactly as described and very user friendly. Would highly recommended it for anybody looking for a getaway to the Oregon coast.

Beautiful home and location

Loved the location. The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. You can tell it was an older home but loved. Quiet neighborhood and you rarely heard anyone out and about.

Very clean

Very nice place. Had a hotel room service feel to it. Very nice set up for sitting outside on the balconies and walking distance from the ocean.

Great location needs maintenance

This house has a great location with great flat parking. However only one working shower, appliances in need of repair, beds are terrible!! Furniture all cheap and ikea. This house would be amazing if some general maintenances were performed and updated comfortable furniture were put in.

Great birthday weekend

Nice little house. Close to a small park. Worked well for two small families. Only complaint was there was an old shirt and a gatorade bottle left under the bed in the master bedroom.

Olivia beach house stay

Our family absolutely loves this neighborhood it is our 3rd year of staying in a different house in this neighborhood. We are a large family from central Oregon and travel to Lincoln city every summer for our beach vacation. We can't wait to come back next year and experience a new house as it is the most exciting part of our vacation. Every house that we have stayed in so far has been an exciting experience and new adventure for our family. We will be back next summer and cannot wait :).

Cute house.

It has what you need. It was clean, other than some stains on the couches. Tons of stairs, not good for elderly. The two main beds are fine, others are not. Not a short walk to the beach but doable!

We make every effort to present our home clearly and accurately in order for guests to make informed rental decisions. This home does not list a BBQ as an amenity. House was ok

Sleeping arrangments was not quite what the discriptions says. There is a king. Not a queen but a double bed. And a bunkbedd in 3rd bedroom. The couch is uncomfortable and dirty. The pictutes of the park and getting to the beach are good tjere just not with the house. Overall staying was ok

Great overall

Great house! Lots of stairs though which was hard in our older folks and dogs. The stove needs service. The knobs get so hot it can burn you! Also, not enough toilet paper for 8 people we had to go buy more. The two couches in the living room are not comfortable to sit on and the futon downstairs was atrocious! Can’t be slept on! Super close to the beach and very quiet. Overall it’s a good house.

Good location

Overall this house was nice enough. No cable tv...wish I had noticed that before booking. Not a fan of Roku, especially with no live tv. Couch was not very comfortable and had many stains. Downstairs bed was missing a caster so leaned to one side. Otherwise the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and nice little walk to beach access.

Location was not as pictured

Queen bed was missing. Shower downstairs not working first day. Picture made it look like easy walk down to the beach and it was a difficult walk. Water downstairs had low pressure so it took toilet to flush not adequetely and shower had low pressure. We were only credited 68.00 for one night when we should have got and 68.00 for the second nidht being without the queen bed.

A little dirty but overall decent stay

Firstly I will say this was a nice property, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The amenities such as free Netflix, TV's in all bedrooms, washer and dryer, and dog friendly. It was a touch dirty the couches had black mildew like stains on them, the blinds in the kitchen were blasted with food particles, there was some ketchup or something on the side of the cabinets. Nothing over the top gross that made me want to leave but could use a thorough deep clean. One other thing was some of the furniture was broken up on arrival a patio chair backing was cracked so you could not lean back in it or you'd fall to the floor. The master bedframe was a bit wonky and not the most stable. I don't mean to deter anyone from staying here as my overall experience was positive, I even extended a night, I just wanted to point out it did leave a little to be desired. Overall I'd say 4 stars.
