We’re also sorry for the disruption caused by water overflowing from the neighboring unit’s hot tub and for the difficulty reaching the building’s management. Our team attempted to contact the neighboring unit’s management but was unable to reach them, as the issue originated outside our unit. We weren’t made aware of the concerns regarding the blinds, window screens, stove burner, internet service, or outside noise during your stay, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to assist had we known. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and regret that your overall experience fell short of expectations.

We’re glad you enjoyed your time at Oceanfront Tranquility. Knowing the kitchen worked well for you and you were able to make the most of the setting is exactly what we hope guests experience. Thanks for the practical suggestions — we will add clearer notes to the welcome guide, hang the hot tub key by the hot tub instructions, and label the propane location. We’ll also replace the dishwasher rack wheels and secure or replace the master fan, and look into improving bedroom airflow. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.
