The walking paths are located right off the back deck.



This home is equipped with modern amenities, including streaming apps on the TV that guests can log in to, WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking up delicious meals. The gas fireplace adds a cozy touch to the living space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings with loved ones. Great location,easy access to the beach. They provided everything you need from towels to toiletries. The house floor plan and decors are really giving a beach vibes. Kitchen is massive and beautiful! Fully equipped with everything you need! We had a great time!

This house is amazing! The view is very nice! We had our family of 4 plus 2 adults and it fit all of us very well. The hot tub area is easily accessible and has a great view of the ocean in the distance. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. The kitchen was very well set up. Tons of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils/pots and pans. There are a few points to highlight: 1. The house has a lot of stairs. While it wasn’t an issue for us, it may be for some. 2. The driveway and parking is TIGHT. We have a mid-size SUV and it was very tight getting in and out. If the neighbor parks in the wrong spot, you’re out of luck getting out. The garage is very small and can only fit a sedan or smaller SUV. The curb getting in to the driveway is very high so not for lower riding cars. 3. The water pressure is extremely low. Washing my long hair was quite the task. I would definitely stay here again despite the few inconveniences. It’s a beautiful house!!

The Master suite bed was very comfortable, we had ocean views and access to a somewhat full hot tub. Those were really the only things that made it alright. PARKING IS HORRENDOUS, unrealistic really!!! The apparent spot on the street in front of the house is in fact down the street in front of the neighbors house. It took a long time to get hot water in any of the faucets, Operating the TVs was also annoying. Especially in the master where the modem barely reaches. Wifi went out 3/4 way through our trip, possibly due to a power surge that ruined their modem. To address the cleanliness, we found beer cans in the downstairs shower, old dutch bros drinks in the garage, old water bottle under the kids bed, sand in the hot tub, and a used bar of soap in the master bath. The couch in the living room is also extremely uncomfortable. I didn't even sit on it the entire time we were there. I also thought it was weird, there are no handles to hold onto in any of the showers. I appreciate the place to stay for our vacation, but it is definitely not worth what we paid considering what we normally get from a house managed by a different company.

I can say that the best thing about the property was the slow closing toilet lids. The house was cute and fully stocked but we couldn't get in because the code didn't work, lock box saved the day with a spare key, the code still didn't work on our last day. Beyond that, the parking was atrocious, the beach access included 10 flights of stairs and a 2 mile walk, we never found the shared pool and the water pressure/hot water was terrible. We tried for hours but could not get hot water to the kitchen sink. I'm not sure how anybody is expected to wash anything off themselves in these showers, my husband commented that he had an issue rinsing soap out of his beard. The rooms were setup, the bed sheets were clean and the bathroom/ kitchen was stocked but I feel like it was a little misrepresented.
