The Space:

The whole family can come along for this next vacation to Neskowin on the Oregon Coast at this house, which offers a private hot tub, ocean views, and entertainment to please up to eight guests!



Located near Kiwanda Creek just off Highway 101, peace and quiet abound here, with few other houses in sight. The beach is just a one-mile drive or walk, while conveniences in town are close by.



With plenty of windows letting in natural light and spacious, open rooms, this house is very comfortable. The living room features a variety of furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, a large flatscreen TV with a PlayStation and stereo system, and gorgeous views out the large picture windows.



Step out onto the deck for fresh air, sip coffee from a chair, cook something on the gas grill, and dine at the patio table.



Cooking is a delight in the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you need plus extras like a blender, coffeemaker, mixer, and dishwasher. Six will fit around the dining table.



Downstairs will draw kids and adults alike for fun in the bonus room - foosball, Ping-Pong, and darts make for a great time and laughs. Pick out a DVD from the collection or browse on WiFi to pass a rainy afternoon.



With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, up to eight guests will love it here. Two bedrooms are fitted with a queen bed while a third room features two twins. The final bedroom offers a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. Laundry is easy to take care of with a private washer/dryer.



This house is perfect for a family or a group of friends - head down to the beach for fun in the sand, or have a photo shoot in front of Proposal Rock. If you're up for a little adventure, go kayaking or canoeing in the frigid waters of the Pacific - it's worth it for the views! Otherwise, go for a hike at Cascade Head Nature Preserve to find a vista from above.

Very cozy house with comforting sounds of the ocean when sitting on the deck. Was very happy to have such a wide range of kitchen tools to be able to use for cooking, since we forgot most of ours. Charming set up and incredible curation of DVDs, so props to whoever picked those out. Looking forward to another Neskowin trip and getting to stay at this house again in the future!

Our 2 families had a great stay. The game room was a hit for sure! We used the laundry, grill and hot tub so those amenities were a bonus. Bath mats and a few extra towels would have been helpful for our crew of 8. A BBQ spatula and a few more kitchen utensils and a big mixing bowl would have been nice too. We made it work with what was there though. We enjoyed several family meals together outside on the deck and inside at the big table. Plenty of room for all of us to play cards and games. The walk down to the beach is great! We enjoyed the walk without needing to figure out parking. We would stay here again especially with our kids.

We’re glad Pacific Solace worked so well for your two-family getaway. It’s exactly the kind of place we hope guests use to play, dine, and relax together, and we’re happy the location and shared spaces supported that. It was not clean, it took us an hour to get in. None of the phone numbers worked to get hel to get entry. It was not an easy walk to the beach. Shades were falling off the windows. There was spots of stuff on the wall that we could not determine what it was. Differently not worth what we paid for nor did it look like what the pictures showed.

We loved that the property was .5 mile from the beach with a trail the leads you to the public beach. We didnt have good service when we got to the property so it would have been nice to know I needed to screen shot the code to the door so we could get in. I had to go back up the road to get service. Otherwise we loved the space and the amenities that were great.

This house has so much potential. It’s a beautiful design with nice amenities (hot tub, pool table, walking distance to beach). The kitchen has everything and the wraparound deck is great. Neskowin is a cute and sleepy little community. However, there are a number of issues with cleanliness and disrepair. The house hasn’t undergone a good cleaning, with grimy blinds, cobwebs, and residue in the freezer. There are spiders and earwigs. There’s a rusty barrel and other stuff in the yard, making it unsafe for younger children. There’s flaking paint and a dent in the wall that hasn’t been fixed. There’s also a large temperature differential between the two floors. With a deep clean and some repairs this place would be amazing!My other complaint is with the reviews - VRBO doesn’t display the content of reviews from the sites it pulls the ratings from. A search for this property found a number of negative reviews, highlighting the same issues mentioned above plus more (unclean bedding, rashes from the hot tub). In spite of the repeated complaints on cleanliness for example, not much seems to have changed.
