This new chalet has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, more than 3000 ft. Pi. This chalet on 3 floors can comfortably accommodate 16 people. You have access to the lake directly in front of the chalet. You have your private spa, outdoor / indoor fireplace with wood included, bbq, patio, pool table ...
On the upper level you will find 1 bedroom with king bed and 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a shared bathroom with whirlpool and private balcony.

On the main level, you will find a bathroom, a master bedroom with king size bed, full private bathroom and balcony.

On the lower level, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms.

-2 rooms with 1 Queen bed and private bathroom.

-The 2nd bedroom has, 1 queen bed and 2 simple bunk bed

-One bedroom with queen bed

Directly on the lake: Lac au Bleuet, Labelle. This chalet is about 25 minutes from Mont-Tremblant and 2 hours from Montreal.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Most be over 25 years old to book.
Maximum 16 people all the time.
No animals allowed in the chalet.

Noise and Party
It is forbidden to make noise or noise of any kind after 10 pm in order to respect the neighbors.
No fireworks or firecrackers are permitted at any time. The tenant undertakes not to keep any "PARTY" inside or outside the rented chalet. And no reception that exceeds the maximum capacity of the cottage that could damage the cottage.

Before your departure
We ask for a collaboration in order to keep the place clean. A charge will be charged if there is an excess of cleaning to be done.

Smoker
According to law # 0.01, smoking is prohibited in chalet and common areas. A fine up to $ 500 can be applied. For those who are going to smoke outside, get your cigarette butts.

Accidents
In no event shall the manager/owner be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the tenant resulting from any accident, delay, cost, injury, death, illness or other events resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure beyond his control; And the landlord shall not be liable for any claim or suit brought before the courts in respect of such damages or losses. We are not responsible for accidents on water access near the cottage, near the lake or on the lake. Do not leave children unattended.

Personal items
The landlord assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or theft affecting the personal effects of the tenant and his guests

Playground
The use of the playground is under the supervision and responsibility of adult tutors.

Inventory and status
On arrival and departure, the inventory and status of the unit are checked. You will be held responsible for any damage and / or disappearance of any object during your stay as well as the cleanliness of the unit and any other anomaly according to the owner's interpretation.
This chalet is our home and not a hotel room, we offer it in excellent condition. Please respect our home as you respect yours.
