The space
Our gated community is only 20-30 mins away from major attractions and then you retreat to a very serene, peaceful and relaxing place. Surrounded by water (front and backyard), big walking area, few meters from the clubhouse (with private theatre for 40 people, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, beach volleyball, BBQ, playground etc). There is a walk-in clinic as you enter the village and 10 minutes away is the local golf course. Across the street is 7-eleven and a traffic light away is dollar store.
It's 15-20 min away from major supermarket like Walmart, Publix and others
IMPORTANT - for security reasons, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit

We have washer and dryer in the main floor, blow dryer in each bathrooms.

Other things to note
Garbage pick up is daily. We have garbage bin in the kitchen and big garbage bin in front of the house. There is a daily pickup of the garbage bin in front of the house except on Sunday. Please move it forward so that the picker would know. Please ensure that the lid is always close so that the big birds will not ransack the bin. All garbage in the garbage bin should be inside the garbage bag
