The Neighborhood:

Mountain Green is the quieter side of the Wasatch — a peaceful Morgan County community with big mountain views and quick access to serious skiing. Snowbasin is about 10–15 minutes, Powder Mountain about 30–40, Nordic Valley about 30. Pineview Reservoir and East Canyon Reservoir (boating, paddleboarding, fishing) are close, and downtown Ogden's dining and shopping run about 15–20 minutes.



Getting Around:

A car is a must. Free parking at the townhome, including the garage. Salt Lake City International Airport is about 45–55 minutes; allow extra time in ski season for snow and weekend traffic.
