The main-level primary suite offers privacy and convenience, while the upper-level bedroom and loft provide additional flexible sleeping space. Outdoors, every corner invites relaxation—whether it’s the upper deck overlooking the pines, the outdoor dining area beside the grill, or private trails winding through your own wooded acreage.

–Good to Know–
• Pets are allowed for $40/day, maximum $250 per stay (dogs only; no cats please)
• No A/C (not common in mountain homes – enjoy cool evenings with open windows)
• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (additional guest expense)
• Please note there are 5 exterior-facing security cameras on site at the front door, garage, back side, front side, and far corner of house
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
• Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery
