Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You could slightly smell the fresh paint when we walked in, that’s how new these units are. Really spacious, but bring all your necessities (toiletries, kitchen seasonings, extra paper towels, trash bags), there are no extras. The walk to the beach is about 10 mins and the pool/lazy river is really nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the place and would have given it 5 stars. However, the dryer had water in it and water all over the laundry room floor when we arrived. We called the first day to let them know. We got no response. The second day we called again to be told someone would be up there to inspect as soon as someone was available. No ever came. We were without a laundry room facilities for the stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Grove dogwood for a music festival at Seascape resort and it was terrific! The property is really really new so everything was clean and in working order. There are two big bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a bunk room which has two bunks but no door. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, and pans, etc., but there were no food items at all. Not even salt and pepper. That would be good for next time. We had to dump out a bag of pretzels and save the salt from the bottom of the bag to make eggs, so we survived. Pro tip: bring little packets of salt and pepper and ketchup, etc.! The whole area is under construction, so there was a lot of equipment and walking over dirt paths, but hopefully when we get back next year, it'll all be done.

Thank you for your comments. vacation rentals do not provide food items ever since COVID. You can understand, we cannot guarantee the quality of products like that. The road repositioning will be complete by Mid-may and we do not have any plans for constructions on the resort for another few years.

The unit was nice however the ice maker wasn't working and didn't get fixed until the day before we checked out. I had a security guard at the gate make me back out of the lane I was in just to prove a point. They had two small signs that said a certain tag could use that lane so I thought it meant the issued tag. He was very rude to me and accused me of trying to get by with doing this the day before which I had not. Then they wouldn't let us bring our trailer we had stored offsite to load our golf cart the night before departure for early check out. We ended up having to take the trailer back to the storage lot and load the cart in the rain Sunday morning. I know the rule is HOA driven and because the resort rents their own carts on site but that was more than ridiculous to put your guest out that way. We called the HOA on Saturday to ask permission and were told that no one was working that could approve it over the weekend but that they SOMETIMES approve it as long as we kept the trailer attached to the vehicle. The unit and complex was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfy! However we watched all the guest struggle to park around the large island between the parking spaces. It was great for golf cart parking but not for suv's which is mostly what was there. It was nice but not necessary and no one could make the turn without backing up to go around the island. This was our fourth and probably final stay here at Seascape.

Janice, Sorry the experience with security for the HOA. It is correct that the resort does not allow trailers, boats or RV's to park on the resort. The ice maker required parts that had to be shipped out to repair.

We did not receive any communication until the day of check-in, though we did appreciate being able to access the unit a bit earlier than expected.I would also note that the online listing for this unit is not accurate. We were not informed until after booking that the unit was not even fully finished, and because of that, there were no actual photos of the unit available beforehand.Upon arrival, we were told that our balcony would have a pool view; however, this was not the case. Instead, our view overlooked ongoing construction. There was quite a bit happening around the resort, and the construction in particular felt somewhat overwhelming at times.While the unit was well-stocked with bathroom towels, we had been told that beach chairs and towels would also be provided, which unfortunately was not the case.That said, the unit itself was very nice and appeared to be completely new. However, it seemed that some appliances had not yet been fully tested, as the oven did not properly cook anything we attempted to prepare.Overall, the space was clean and modern, but there were several discrepancies between the listing and the actual experience that impacted our stay.

Kate, Thank you for your comments. Just to clear up any miscommunication, the property manager did send out a 7 day pre-arrival confirmation on 3/9/2026 at 10:01am to you @me.com email provided. This included phones numbers to the property management office and other arrival information. We then text you on arrival day with your final arrival instructions once the unit is ready to be occupied. The property description for The Grove Dogwood 322 states it overlooks the green space gardens and is close to the pools. There is no Construction off the balconies at The Grove. Yes, Seascape Drive, the main road on the resort is undergoing a relocation, but again does not affect the views or access to the new Grove development. Nowhere does our listings for the Grove or any property we mange say Beach Chairs and beach towels are included. You do receive 50% off Beach Service daily, 50% off golf, plus discounts on water sports, dining and area attractions. The Grove is a brand-new development, and you were among the first guests to stay there. We hope you will visit The Grove again, as the property is still ramping up after 3 years of development to make a perfect escape.
