We take great pride in serving fabulous food. Dinner features fresh fish caught by local Mabul fishermen. We provide snacks and beverages including fresh brewed coffee, gourmet and herbal teas, and lemonade. We take good care of you!
SNORKELING.
We LOVE snorkeling. Only 200 meters in front of our house is Turtle Garden, one of the best snorkeling spots in the world. That's not an exaggeration! You'll swim with so many huge green and hawksbill turtles that you'll lose count of how many you see! Adding to this magical snorkeling is the reef wall, which drops 30 meters and had abundant coral and waters teeming with tropical fish and sea life.

We provide quality snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, fins and rash-guard suit), a boat, a captain, and a guide. Best of all, it's included in our rates!
SCUBA DIVING.
We can help arrange diving and lessons with diving companies in Semporna. We know the local dive companies and can make arrangements with companies that best meet your needs, including diving Sipadan Island.

BOOKING:
The house sleeps up to 8 persons in three well-appointed bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. All rooms have queen beds and two rooms can each accommodate another single bed. The rate shown is for the entire house for up to 6 guests. There is an additional rm150 per night for each additional guest. We have a 3-night minimum stay for our guests' benefit (you'll thank us!).
TRANSPORTATION.
Your personal concierge will work with you to arrange your ground and boat transportation based on your needs. Transportation is not included in our rates.
A REALITY CHECK.
Mabul is a tiny tropical island famous for scuba diving, snorkeling, its underwater environment, and nearby Sipadan Island. Even though there are over 18 dive resorts on tiny Mabul, Mabul is very much in the wilderness. It is NOT the city. Other than relaxing and enjoying the vibe of the tropics, activities on Mabul focus on snorkeling and diving. It is not a place you want to go for shopping and clubbing. It is way too chill.
If you are uncomfortable in water or are afraid of the sea, Mabul may not be a good destination for you unless you just want to relax and enjoy the island vibe.
