This Northwest-contemporary retreat includes granite countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows, two wood-burning fireplaces (in the living and dining rooms), and an eclectic collection of wall art that add beauty and warmth to your stay. Enjoy access to the resort's many amenities, including pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and golf courses, and come home each afternoon to a deck overlooking a natural spring, a gas barbecue, and a wonderful yard with a free-standing porch swing and lots of space for the kids to play.

The resort community of Black Butte Ranch sits 30 miles northwest of Bend and seven miles northwest of charming downtown Sisters. When you're not golfing, playing tennis, swimming, or riding horses, you'll find many trails for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling within the resort and in the surrounding national forest land. In the summer, several whitewater rafting outfitters have pick-up and drop-off services at the Rec Barn; come winter, you can make the easy 20-mile drive to Hoodoo Ski Area for downhill sporting at its best. On days that you don't feel like cooking, you can head to the Lodge Restaurant for fine dining or to Robert's Pub for casual fare. For even more options, visit the cute western-style shops and cafes in Sisters or Bend's popular breweries and restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
