1. Arrival Information:
Check-in time is from 4 PM. If you would like to check in sooner than 4 pm, please let me know, and I will try to accommodate you.
The neighborhood is kid-friendly and safe and you are within walking distance to downtown Branson, so feel free to explore once you arrive.

2. Accessing the Property:
The property uses a secure keypad entry system. You will receive your unique entry code via email or text message before your arrival. Enter the code on the keypad and the door will unlock automatically. No physical keys are required during your stay.

4. Parking Information:
Parking is available and is located directly in front of the property.

5. Gym and Indoor Pool
To access the Fitness Center and Indoor Pool, you can let the gym attendant know at the counter that you are a guest of Building B. Towels are provided for you at the Fitness Center. Please do not take towels from the condo with you to the Fitness Center/Indoor Pool. We do provide beach towels for you to use for the outdoor pool. Please make sure to bring them back to the condo when you are finished.

3. Special Instructions
- The neighborhood is quiet after 10 PM
- If you have any issues with the keypad or entry, contact us immediately through the app.
