The Space:

This four-bedroom, three-bathroom Charlotte home gives families and groups plenty of room to spend time together while still having space to settle in comfortably. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow naturally together, creating a central gathering place for breakfast before heading out, dinner around the table, or relaxing together at the end of the day.



The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need for meals at home, whether you’re making morning coffee, putting together a quick breakfast, or cooking dinner for the group. The dining area is close by for meals together, and when the weather is nice, the BBQ gives you another option for an easy evening at home.



The home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located within the main portion of the home: the primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed.



The fourth bedroom is a connected private suite with a queen bed, private full bathroom, and its own kitchenette. Physically attached to the home and fully included in your reservation, the suite gives part of the group a little more independence without separating everyone into different properties. It’s especially useful for multi-generational families, couples traveling together, or anyone who appreciates having a little more privacy while still being under the same roof.



The home is also set up with the everyday conveniences that make family trips and longer stays easier. You’ll have an in-unit washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, keyless entry, and free private driveway parking. Having both the main kitchen and the suite kitchenette can be particularly convenient during extended visits when different members of the group have their own schedules and routines.



You’ll have the entire home to yourselves during your stay, with no shared interior spaces. Up to two dogs are also welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee applies per pet, and all dogs must be registered before arrival. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding.



The home is professionally managed, and our team is available by message from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Secure keyless entry provides a simple, contact-free arrival.

The Neighborhood:

The home is located just north of Uptown Charlotte, putting you close to many of the places that bring families, friends, and groups to the city. Uptown is approximately 1.8 miles away, with several of Charlotte’s most popular neighborhoods, restaurants, sporting venues, and entertainment areas nearby.



In Uptown, Bank of America Stadium is home to the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC, while Spectrum Center hosts Charlotte Hornets games, concerts, and other events throughout the year. Discovery Place Science, the NASCAR Hall of Fame, museums, restaurants, and nightlife give you plenty of other options while you’re in the area.



Closer to home, Camp North End brings together local restaurants, shops, art, and outdoor gathering spaces, with markets, live music, and pop-ups throughout the year. It’s an easy place to grab something to eat, browse local businesses, or spend a relaxed afternoon.



Optimist Hall is another nearby favorite, with a wide mix of local food and drink inside a restored textile mill. It’s especially convenient for groups when everyone is in the mood for something different.



From there, NoDa offers another side of Charlotte, with murals, breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, local businesses, and live music throughout the neighborhood. The AvidXchange Music Factory is also nearby for concerts and live entertainment.



For everyday needs, grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and other essentials are all within a short drive, which is especially convenient for families and longer stays.



Getting Around:

Having a car is convenient for exploring Charlotte, and free private driveway parking is included at the home. Uptown is approximately 1.8 miles away, while Camp North End, Optimist Hall, NoDa, and other popular areas are a short drive away.



Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout Charlotte and are convenient for dinners, games, concerts, and nights out when you’d rather not worry about parking.



Public transportation is another option. Parkwood Station provides access to the LYNX Blue Line, with service into Uptown, South End, and other destinations along the line.



Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is accessible by car or rideshare.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.



Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures $200 may be collected.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation $300 may be collected and termination of your stay without refund.



Dogs only (max 2). $100/per pet may be collected

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets $200 per pet may be collected.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding; excess hair or damage may incur additional cleaning fees.

Please clean up pet waste.



Smoking

Absolutely no smoking inside.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside or outside, a $500 cleaning charges may be collected.



Internet Use:

The Internet is provided for general use.



Trash:

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided. Excessive trash that does not fit in the cans will need to be hauled away by the guest.



Parking

Free onsite parking available.



Cancelations:

Cancellations within the cancellation window may have a 3% payment processing fee.

Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and offer contact-free check-in, but we’re always nearby if you need anything. Our team is available via messaging for quick assistance throughout your stay from 8 AM to 10 PM—whether it’s a question, recommendation, or request. We will need brief access to the backyard if your reservation falls on a Thursday/Friday to pull trash cans to and from the home.
