A large dining table seats twelve guests, with more seating at the kitchen island. A full size washer and dryer and a convenient half bathroom are also located on this floor.

The second floor offers an additional living area with comfortable seating, a TV, its own balcony access, and a full bathroom, creating a perfect hangout zone for kids or teens.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
