• Absolutely no pets – due to severe tenant allergy
• No mail or package deliveries
• No rearranging furniture or unplugging electronics
• No loud music or noise after 9:30 PM — we have full-time tenants and quiet hours are strictly enforced
• Be mindful of heavy footsteps and avoid slamming doors, especially after quiet hours
• Our fire alarms are very sensitive — please avoid using hair tools or anything steamy outside the bathroom
• Do not touch the circuit breaker — it’s set to run the home properly and adjusting it can cause issues
• No early bag drop or pre-check-in access
• Unplug unused appliances and turn off the stove, oven, A/C, and heater when leaving
• Keep noise low in common and shared areas
• Do not leave the patio door open — this affects energy use and temperature regulation
• Do not mix trash and recycling (can result in $100 fine)
