The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell that includes an exterior security camera directed toward the front entryway. Please note that the camera does not capture any interior spaces. The device records both video and audio when motion is detected. Additionally, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed throughout the property for safety.

▪️To avoid any confusion for future guests, we’d like to clarify that the owners reside on the main level of the property, while the guest accommodations are exclusively on the basement with a private entrance. The owners have shared that their presence has proven helpful in past emergencies, allowing them to respond quickly and ensure guest safety and comfort.

▪️Pets are welcome, but must be registered and reported to the host. Max 2 pets. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.

▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
