Nestled in the vibrant Auburn Bay, you’re close to the lake, scenic paths, parks & friendly local spots, making it the perfect getaway in any season.
Auburn Bay is a warm and inviting southeast Calgary community with a charming, cottage-like feel. Guests can enjoy peaceful residential streets, tree-lined pathways, and nearby parks, all within a relaxed suburban setting. The community hub at Auburn Station offers convenient shopping, dining, and everyday services just minutes away, while Seton’s restaurants, recreation centre, and shops sit right next door.
With its welcoming vibe, beautiful scenery, and strong sense of community, Auburn Bay blends comfort, nature, and convenience effortlessly—and downtown Calgary is only 25–30 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy the city while staying in a calm and friendly neighbourhood.
Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed.

To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply:
• Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book.
• Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.
