This entire private downstairs studio is exclusively yours during your stay—no shared spaces and no owner on the property while you’re here. You’ll enjoy complete privacy with the added comfort that the owner is close by and easily reachable if anything is needed—support without hovering.

Designed for deep rest and focused work, the space features no stairs for easy access, keyless entry for effortless self-check-in, and remote-controlled blackout blinds on every window for late sleepers or light-sensitive guests.

Enjoy Sonos speakers throughout for seamless sound, plus a full kitchen for real meals, not just reheated leftovers. Quiet, private, and intentionally designed for comfort, productivity, and reset.

Guest access
The backyard and back patio is restricted and not for guest use.

You are welcome to use the front patio if you’d like.

Only a maximum of 2 guests at all times. External security cameras are monitored for guest safety. Any parties will be in violation of the terms of our agreement and all guests will be asked to leave along with a $500 minimum deep cleaning fee.
