Cabarita Beach - Norries Headland

This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom holiday house at the northern end of Cabarita Beach is a great spot to come for your sea change holiday. Situated just south of the patrolled beach nearest the Surf Club, it is the closest complete holiday house rental to Norries Headland, Cabarita Beach and has a pet friendly back yard.

Arrive to freshly made beds where towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience according to guest numbers.

Whether you board surf, body surf or just like to relax on the beach, you have a choice of several beaches north and south of Norries Headland - all the way to Hastings Point along beautiful Cabarita Beach.

A cycling track is outside your front door and cycle hire is available just up the road, so you can explore north to Kingscliff (or even Fingal and Tweed) via Casuarina and Salt, or south to Pottsville via Hasting Point.

Your dog or other animal friends are welcome too, with the dog off lead beach easily accessible just around the corner near the park and south of Norries.

Woolworths in Cabarita is only a short walk away as are the Cabarita Beach Pub, Surf Club, Get the Scoop Ice Cream and choice of great restaurants and coffee shops, such as Paper Daisy at Halcyon House, Marty's at Caba, Pandanus Cafe, Hot Wok Thai, Thai In-fa Authentic Thai Cuisine, Izabu Japanese Food, Kartel Expresso Bar, You & Bamboo and Cafe Mod Barista.

Accommodate your wedding guests within walking distance of venues such as "The Beach Resort" and Halcyon House.

The house has two separate living areas to relax, hot and cold outdoor shower, free Wi-Fi, Netflix 55" 4k smart TV, a huge outdoor entertaining area and a large fenced back yard with gates at either side of the house.

The house accommodates up to 7 guests with a king size front main bedroom with ensuite, a queen size rear bedroom and a double bed with trundle underneath in the middle bedroom. The main bathroom with double vanity, shower plus separate bath and the completely separate toilet are situated between the second and third bedrooms off the second living area. The whole house is available for holiday rental except for the Garage (used by the owner for storage) but there is plenty of parking in the driveway as well as down the side of the house and back yard - big enough to park a trailer or boat.

Cabarita is a perfect size small town, with all the amenities you need - truly outstanding surf beaches, Norries Headland lions beach side park with amenities and of course iconic Norries Headland. The north side has the Cove and a sheltered beach with a boardwalk to the top of the headland - check the surf or watch the whales - or visit Cudgen Nature Reserve just north of town. The Cabarita Beach Pony Club is just over a kilometre south of Norries on Round Mountain Road.

Love so much - 2nd Stay Here

We stayed in Graham's Caba home in December and loved it so much we came back for another short holiday. Graham is a Super Super host. This house has everything you need in the best location to Norries Headland, Dog Beach and Surf Beach. Local shops are fabulous too. Will stay again when we can. Thanks again Graham.

Location, Location -Best Holiday in Years

This Cabarita property is very well located to beaches, cafes, walking tracks and importantly for us the dog beach. Dog was super happy! Heaps of space throughout the home and lovely spacious entertaining area outside with a big backyard - perfect for frisbee! Extremely clean, spotless. Well stocked pantry & condiments in the fridge, all the essential cooking utensils and more in the cupboards, loads of linen including beach towels. Graham the host has thought of everything and the local housekeeper does a gem of a job. We experienced great breezes here but there are also overhead fans and air conditioning if needed too! We all had great sleeps and the pillows and beds were comfy. We didn't want to leave and will come back for sure. Thanks Graham for a great Caba Christmas.

Cabarita cool

Our family of five adults and a furry child had a wonderful time in a well appointed house really close to beautiful and dog friendly beaches. As well as toiletries and fresh milk, our host was very welcoming and provided recommendations for some good eating out options. Cabarita is beautiful and a lot less busy than Tweed Heads or the Gold Coast.

Fantastic beach getaway

Could not be happier with this property. Graham is a wonderful host, the home was very clean, tidy and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and then the main street, shops and restaurants were also within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Relaxing weekend getaway

Awesome location for a relaxing long weekend getaway with friends. Graham the host had great communication prior the trip. The house was super clean upon arrival and made it feel like a home away from home. The weather wasnā€™t its best during our stay but still was a great place to hang out with friends and relax both inside the house and outside at the patio. I highly recommend this house if you like being close to the beach and being away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect little spot right near cabarita beach and town.

Lovely stay

Cute little house in a great location, big backyard for the dogs and dog beach over the road. The house was immaculately clean and was very well appointed, with the fully equipped kitchen facilities making everything easy. We had a relaxing stay, and Graham was fabulously understanding when we needed to reschedule at short notice earlier this year. Thank you for a great stay. We look forward to coming back.

Perfect family vacation

We stayed here for 2 weeks with 2 Adults, children aged 12 and 14 and our Labrador. We loved the location being a 2 minute walk to 4 different beaches including a dog friendly one. Unfortunately due to earlier cyclones the water was pretty rough everywhere but the water was warm and we still managed 2 swims most days. The house itself is much better than the pictures. It was really clean and well equipped with a huge yard for the dog. Graham communicated well with any info that was needed. Itā€™s also really close to the shopping centre and numerous restaurants and cafes and only a short drive to Kingscliff for more options on a longer stay. Would definitely recommend this house :)

A great home away from home with the dogs for our week long holiday.

This wonderful property had everything you need for a great family/friends holiday. As soon as we arrived our poodles went straight to the big back yard. The outdoor setting under shade was perfect for every meal, board games, cheese boards and the serenity with a relaxing glass of wine. The kitchen was a good size and contained quality cookware and appliances. The couches were comfy, one was just a little low and soft for the oldies. We appreciated little touches like fresh milk in the fridge on arrival, water dishes for the dogs, Netflix for that rainy day and beach towels to use. Grahams communication was exceptional even giving us prior warning of minor power outage so we could organise our day. We loved the Bogangar and Cabarita beach area. Friendly locals and handy shopping with Woolworths within walking distance. Great walks with the dogs and they loved the off leash beach area south of Norries Headland and just around the corner. The Bowls club and Cheeky Chopstick restaurant was a great location to celebrate our daughters birthday. Overall the perfect beach house and location and we can't wait to come back. Thank you Graham for sharing your beautiful home.

fabulous & listing exactly as described

Pristine house. literally 2 mins walk from beach left side non-dog, right side dog friendly including leashed & leash-free areas. supplies, kitchen stuff, bathroom etc exactly as described - we still bought all our essentials (oils, sauces, condiments, loo paper, paper towel, foils, cling wrap ) with us having been burnt previously on listings that stated supplied but in fact not. But here, all supplied! The vast quantity of food places within a 15 minute drive radius incredible as was the high-end restaurant options. We indulged! Hand gel & beach towels a bonus. The backyard secure for our two rescue greyhounds and being able to have them sleep in at night critical for a relaxing stay. Check-in a breeze. Communication with Graham swift & engaged. we had a brilliant, relaxing break - our 1st in 6 months - and as a frontline healthcare worker just beyond therapeutic. Inadequate words to convey how fantastic this stay was. Thank you ever so much Graham. We will be back!

A Beautiful Getaway

The owner was very helpful with local area advice and provided good details for arrival. The place was fantastic, very tidy all the creature comforts you need. Location was also perfect just a minute walk for the beach across the road and 5 minutes to the shops and cafes. Amazing beaches and lots to do.
