Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the unit, including the balcony. Please go to designated smoking areas outside the building.

Parties, loud gatherings, and events are not permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit. Visitors must be approved in advance.

Please take care of the furnishings, appliances, and linens. Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly.

Do not leave trash in the hallways. Dispose of garbage in the designated bins or building trash area.

Turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the unit to conserve energy.
