Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (additional guest expense) • Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation. • Mail service may not be available.
