Cozy Getaway in Hawaiian Monarch Condo Hotel, with views of the canal and Diamondhead. This clean studio has a comfy bed and the kitchen amenities, WiFi, TV, AC, Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ Area, gym ($5 registoration fee), on-sight Laundry, Coffee Shop, Paid Parking. Convenient location! 10-min walk to Waikiki beach, car rental on site, scooter and bike rentals just outside the hotel, and a bus stop one corner over. Walking distance to Convention Center, and many shops and restaurants.
This is an older buliding, and space is approx 260 sq ft. Each room has wireless high speed internet and cable tv. Each room uses a secure key card for entry. The building has a large swimming pool (6th Fl) and whirlpool. There is a coin operated laundry facility (5th Fl). Paid parking is available in the parking structure (LL level). The building has 24 hour security (LL level). To use gym, please go to security at LL level, one time registration fee is $5 for gym use.
This building has some great restaurants on site.
- The Creme Pot: Breakfast restaurant, fluffy pancakes.
- Maleko Coffee and Pastries: Coffee, pastries, malasadas, pizzas.
- Burger & Sushi: Hawaiian confort food like burgers, poke, sushi, and Hawaiian BBQ plates.
Please provide all guest names, must be pre-registered with the building`s security. Check in via lockbox. Please put keycards back in lockbox upon check out.
There are two rental car companies in the building (both of them are located on `L` or upper lobby level).
- HI Smart Car (They always have a special posted for 3-day rental, please ask)
- Honolulu Auto Rental
There are hourly scooter rental on the same street as well as biki hourly bike rental.
Parking in the building is $40/day (for multiple days) or $45 for a 24 hr pass. They take cash only. Please purchase parking pass from the attendant as soon as you get there, they stop selling passes once the parking is full. Another option is Waikiki Landmark Buliding (1 block away) for $40/day (Corner of McCully St and Ala Wai Blvd, entrance on Ala Wai Blvd).
Please try to keep loud noise to a minimum to avoid any fines by the building. Quiet hours between 10pm to 8am. No smoking in building. Smoking is only allowed outside of the building at the picnic tables by 7-11.
Check in via lockbox in LL level, you will receive two key cards. Please return the 2 keycards back in lockbox when you check out.
This is a strict no animal building. Pets are not allowed.
No Glass allowed on pool deck. Shirts and Foorware are required in all public areas including hallways, elevators, and lobbies. The only exclusion is the pool deck.
Smoking anywhere on property other than the designated area outside will result in an immediate $100 fine by the building security.
Please provide legal names of all guests so everyone can be registered with the building.
