This relaxing 2,760 sq ft | 256 sq m, 3BR/3BA condo at the Magia condo complex is just what you need to get away from it all and enjoy some fun in the sun! Great for long-term stays because you won’t need a car at all. You can walk anywhere. The condo is equipped with all the comforts of home while the property has luxury resort-style amenities to ensure a comfortable stay in paradise. This is the ideal space for a small family and there’s even a pool just for the kiddos at this property.
The condo space features the following:
- The primary SITTING/LIVING AREA has 2 comfy sofas, a chair, and an ottoman that surround a coffee table arranged next to the floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a bookshelf and some reading material in case you didn’t bring any with you. This condo area is inviting and thoughtfully designed for interaction and conversation, bonus - it comes with a view!
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN has high-end quality appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Great for saving a little bit of cash or for those who follow a special diet. The island in the kitchen has several stools so that everyone can hang out together, grab a quick bite, or can be used as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
- There’s a more formal DINING AREA with a stylish table set to accommodate 8 guests comfortably so that you can enjoy any meal of the day and plan the next fun activity.

There’s free covered parking in the event you’re arriving by car. But just know, everything in Playa del Carmen is within walking distance of the Magia condo complex!

Getting Around:
The property is about 34.5 mi | 55.5 km from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!
There's a private underground parking garage, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware of where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot. In this case, you'll need need to search for the meter to pay for your parking. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays. There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.

Please note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
Must climb stairs — The building has elevator service, however, in case of repair or maintenance, the guest must use stairs.
Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
To ensure a smooth checkout with us, please leave the property in a clean condition. Leave all used towels and bed linens from each room on the floor, put used beach towels on the living room floor, take the garbage out to the bins outside, and leave the key in the lockbox. Housekeeping tips or gratuities are also greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker!
We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
HOUSE RULES

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
