The Space:

This cheerful 333 sq m | 3,588 sq ft, 2BR/2BA penthouse at the Pueblito Escondido Condominiums is the ideal stay for a small family or a group of friends in the Riviera Maya! The property is located in the heart of town, offering its visitors all the privacy and relaxation inside the condo, and having the bustling and lively town of Playa del Carmen a couple of blocks away. Even a longer-term stay is perfect because you won’t need a car at all. You can walk anywhere. The condo is equipped with all the comforts of home to ensure a comfortable stay in paradise.



The 3rd-floor penthouse features the following:



- The SITTING/LIVING AREA has two comfy sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table arranged in front of a flatscreen Smart TV that has standard cable channels and streaming capabilities.



- Direct access through the sliding doors to the PRIVATE TERRACE where there is additional seating. Open the doors all the way for an extension of living space and enjoy the activity at the pool from inside the shaded condo!



- A fully-equipped KITCHEN has everything you’ll need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Great for saving a little bit of cash or for those who follow a special diet. There’s a breakfast bar for grabbing a quick bite or can be used as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.



- Situated between the living area and the kitchen is a stylish DINING TABLE set to accommodate 6 guests comfortably so that you can enjoy any meal of the day.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and roof terrace during your stay. As a guest, you’ll have access to the shared outdoor pool and lounge areas.

The property is located in downtown Playa del Carmen just 2 blocks from the beach & with everything in walking distance!

Getting Around:

The property is about 55 km | 34 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!



There's paid parking onsite for one vehicle, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware of where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot in which case you'll need need to search for the meter to pay for your parking. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays. There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.

There are security cameras located in hallways, parking area, pool area, and common areas belonging to the building.



There may be potential for normal city noise as the property is located downtown.



Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, towels, and use of the pools are all provided free for guests during your stay.



Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.



There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee.



We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker or student!



Please note that the internet is provided by the condominium, not by us. The free internet is just a basic service provided to all tenants of the condominium. There is an additional cost if you want an upgrade.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.

- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
