You will absolutely enjoy this great 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo. The spacious main floor living room comes complete with a wood burning fireplace to relax around after a long day of skiing !*nonoperational currently while repairs are being made. There are two bedrooms with in-suite baths on the upper floor. The renovated Master Bathroom is exquisit. The lower level has two more bedrooms, a bonus room and full bath. And best of all, you'll love the views of the Bretton Woods Ski Area from this main floor.

Fantastic

We loved staying here. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. The place was very clean and beautiful. There was a lot of dishes, pans, and supplies. The check in and check out was very easy. We were there for a family wedding and it was a perfect location.

Great condo!

Great space for a large family! We had seven adults and two small children and it worked out great! We were able to rent the condo beside us as well for a combined family trip of 19 people to Santas Village!

Family Reunion

We gathered this past weekend for a family reunion of 140 people and stayed at this condo with my family. Overall it was great for us, however it is not air conditioned and there were not many fans available so it was warm. Great location!

Nice place

This place suited our needs and was very nice. My only comment is that all the literature about the place talks about how you can lose your security deposit. I can't tell if we paid one and we certainly didn't get it back if we did, even though we left it in immaculate condition.

Spacious Condo With Outstanding Recreational Opportunities Close By

The condo's layout and facilities served our family of 9 very well: our older son's family of 3 and our younger son's family of four. The view was idyllic, and the closeness of both the Bretton Woods cross-country ski center and the downhill resort made for a wonderful weekend. We were perplexed by the listing of a hot tub in the condo's details. There was NO hot tub. It wasn't mentioned in the information that greeted us upon our arrival, nor was there any sign of a hot tub. When we contacted the condo's owners, we got a strange message that we had to go to the Omni Hotel for the hot tub; shortly thereafter, we got a subsequent message that we had to make reservations with the Omni to use the hot tub. Clearly, transparency is lacking in the condo's listing in this regard.

Not as described

The overall stay was very enjoyable. The main floor and upstairs were very clean with comfy beds. Downstairs stairs was honestly preety gross, humid & smelly I refused to go down there after first looking… it’s bad. The listing says hardwood floors … the house was fully carpeted in every room except kitchen and bathrooms even those room had area rugs. The view was probably nice at one point but it very overgrown that you can only see the view at one angle of the deck( but that angle is nice ) It’s hard to write the review becasue the main floor and upstairs was nice the manager was very kind but the negatives were huge negatives.

Beautiful

Lovely condo with plenty of space. We were there to hike and it was nice to come back to a spacious location with a beautiful deck to relax on after a long day. Well appointed and we had everything we needed. Two things that could improve. 1-the lower level of the condo had a bit of a musty smell and could likely use a dehumidifier in the summer months. 2-there were multiple instructions on how to dispose of garbage and it wasn’t clear in the ones in the book on the counter that you have to drive out to route 302 across from the condo to a garbage center. I would consider making it clearer on where the location is and what you do when you get there. Other than that, this place was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Great property and location

We rented this condo over thanksgiving weekend. We were looking for a spot close to Santa’s village and the mount Washington hotel as my wife’s family was staying there. The condo met our needs perfectly. There was plenty of space for our family and everything was clean with the main level / upstairs seemingly newly renovated. The views were terrific from the deck as well. It is only about a 2-3 minute drive from mount Washington hotel so we were able to grab breakfast there and enjoy some of their amenities. The owner Maggie also went above and beyond for us.

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped condo.

The condo can sleep 9 very comfortably, but there are a few drawbacks. There are not enough kitchen chairs to sit 9 around the dining table and the cutlery and dishwashing pouch are limited. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Beautiful Autumn Weekend

This was an extremely clean, comfortable and spacious condo rental. It had everything that we needed, inside with especially comfortable beds! It was extremely simple to check in and check out. The only inconvenient thing was finding the trash dumpster! having a local restaurant and a market close by was nice. The mountains and views were just stunning. The Omni resort is beautiful to visit and we had a blast at Santas Village and then Clark’s trading Post.

Had a fun weekend with some friends and absolutely loved the house. 5 mins from the wedding and everything else we needed. Hope to be back in the winter for the slopes!

Winter BreaK Family Fun!

From start to finish this was such an enjoyable vacation and stay. The condo was exactly as pictured and spotless upon arrival. We were minutes from skiing and many other outdoor activities. The kitchen has plenty of pots, plates etc for cooking and there was plenty of room for all! A perfect spot for 2 families!

Excellent property
