We chose Prominence because of its family‑centric focus—it truly feels like a community designed with families in mind. From the ease of walking to many areas within the property to the lively atmosphere at The Big Chill, there’s always something happening. With nightly amenities and programs tailored for families, it’s the perfect place to relax and connect.

We also love the proximity to Florida’s stunning state beaches, where we spend countless hours enjoying the sand and surf. And with a golf cart at our disposal, exploring nearby favorites like Seagrove, Seaside, and Grayton Beach is both fun and convenient.

You’ll find baby monitors, a pack‑and‑play, three bunk beds, and booster seats for both the car and golf cart. We’ve also stocked the house with all the beach essentials you’ll need to enjoy 30A—without the stress of planning and packing it all yourself.
