Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review Rupert! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay in Northern Lights #29 and the location! So sorry about the Nespresso Pods. We typically provide enough coffee for the first day of the stay, with guests supplying any additional coffee for the remainder of their visit. We appreciate you pointing this out, though, as it’s helpful for us to make this clearer for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to Whistler in the future!

Thank you for the kind words regarding our service and the home's amenities; we’re glad you found the beds comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. We appreciate your feedback regarding the 'Ski In/Ski Out Access' and apologize for any confusion. We categorize the home as "Ski Access" because of its proximity to the trails, which is noted in our description to ensure guests are aware: "Ski-In/Ski-Out accessed via a staircase (approx. 100 steps) from the complex, followed by a short hill leading onto Whistler Mountain." We appreciate you pointing this out, we will look into making this access even more clear in our listing to ensure future guests can plan accordingly.

So glad to hear you had such a wonderful stay with us, Allison. We'd love to welcome you back in the future!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review, Jonathan! We’re so happy to hear you had a great early-season stay. Thank you as well for letting us know there was no corkscrew or wine opener in the home — definitely a necessity! We’ll be adding one right away. The sauna is currently kept locked for owner use only, but we’re glad the hot tub offered a relaxing alternative after skiing. Early-season conditions can definitely make access a bit tricky, so we’re happy to hear Creekside parking worked well for your group. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again later in the season when the snow is plentiful! If there’s anything we can do to make your next stay even better, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
