Truly a river house, dirty, sheets weren’t changed, we slept on top of the covers. Pretty sure there was an animal crawling around in the attic. Would not recommend.

Family river trip

Had a wonderful stay and made many memories! The house was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for future stays.

Melinda was our property manager at the house on Woodlake Dr. The stay was great and the house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

We rented this home to attend a family wedding a few miles away. Host was phenomenal. More than enough room for all to get dressed which did include 4 women which in of itself is a task. Definitely would stay again!!

This was a very convenient location as a base for sightseeing in Austin and San Antonio. All furnishings in the home were comfortable and plentiful. The only negative was the pool. We chose this rental because of the pool and were disappointed that it was unusable.

Nice quiet neighborhood

The house is located a bit out of town. Melinda was helpful and quick to respond to questions and concerns. We didn't have any issues while at the house. The pool collapsed before we arrived and Melinda compensated our group. The beds were a little firm for me, but that is subjective some like a firm bed. The house clean and roomy. We enjoyed our time.

Looked like somebody was living there

Melinda was great at communication. The property was mostly comfortable for us and our dogs, but the house seemed as if someone was actively living there. When we walked in, we felt immediately like we were intruders in someone’s full-time home. The dishwasher was completely full of dirty dishes when we got there. There was a truck we could see in the window parked in the locked garage and personal items in the home. There were perishable food items in the cabinets. There was a light on in the garage when we got back to the house one night, and then the next night it was off. Overall, the house made us feel slightly uncomfortable.

We're sorry you were uncomfortable during your visit. - We have begun working with a new cleaning company to ensure that future guests do not share your experience. The dishwasher and any cleaning issues have been corrected. - We apologize that the garage light caught you off guard. The garage is off-limits, however, we did inform you that we had a light on a timer, plugged into the garage window so it shines on the front door from dark until 11 pm for guests. - We're sorry you found perishables in the closet during your stay. These items were left by the previous guest but we will work towards preventing that in the future. We offer guests coffee, tea, condiments, spices, and a bottle of wine - complimentary! We will be removing anything that looks like someone lives there. Thank you again for providing such valuable feedback, it is greatly appreciated as it allows us to tackle these issues before our next booking.

Pool Not Usable- Tiny Ants-Tv not working properly

The location is great, neighborhood is quiet and rooms were a good size. We noticed tiny ants in the kitchen by the sink before we unloaded anything. So we rinsed th sink and offloaded our items to find more ants were starting to appear. We did not leave anything open on the counters and just made sure to refrigerate anything open. Ants were even in the master bath on the walls by the sink/mirror. We made sure to keep everything off the counter there as well. Pool- We arrived on Thursday afternoon, went to the river on Friday and Saturday thought we would just enjoy the pool. We were not able to use the pool. We did let Melinda know that it had a cloudy film and although the net was over it... it was pretty dirty. I just don't think the pool was properly treated the Tuesday before we arrived. The pump is on, we heard it. There was a slimy cloudy film on top of the water, slight odor to the water, lots of bugs on inside walls, and leaves at the bottom. They'll need to retreat before anyone uses it. TV's- it would be nice to have tvs in some of the rooms. The living room tv would continue to glitch and we would have to turn off and back on. Which is pretty annoying when trhing to unwind at the end of the day.

Family Stay for Thanksgiving

Wonderful property which is 1 street over from the river. Quiet neighborhood full of large lot homesites. All the amenities of home!

Great location to visit family. Nice neighborhood and well maintained.

In town for 2 days to visit family. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean with great communication from owner and the lease management company they use. All appliances were easy to operate. No stairs to worry about in case you have elderly or toddlers. Has above ground pool which was clean however we did not have opportunity to use it. A couple of good restaurants 2 miles away. Will stay again if in the area.

So fun, room for everyone

Two couples and all of our kids had a fantastic time at this house! Fully equipped for fun and relaxation! SO CLOSE to all the fun stuff in New Braunfels,but out of the traffic and noise. I loved the location and Uber found us with no problems. We had pool toys, utensils pots and pans. Everything we needed! Have a question, text and your questions are answered!! We loved having a helpful host and a fantastic location!!!
