The Space:

Offering rare indoor - outdoor living. The unit boasts a private patio along with access to the building’s lush garden for morning coffee, al fresco dining or simply unwinding. While the garden is technically common space it is not generally used by other residents, creating an exceptionally quiet and private feel.



Inside, an open, modern layout with curated furnishings creates a calm, inviting atmosphere. Lower-level bedrooms face the garden, enhancing privacy. The primary bedroom features an open-concept design with an ensuite bath, clawfoot soaking tub, natural stone finishes, and a firm queen mattress for restful sleep. A serene, character-rich brownstone retreat in the heart of the city.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Please note that some bookings may be subject to owner review and approval, particularly those with higher occupancy or group stays. The Rove team will only confirm a booking once the owner has approved, and standard vetting requirements are met.



The apartment is cooled by window air-conditioning units during warmer months.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or
