Amidst the Hohe Tauern - the highest mountain range in Austria - facing a large nature reserve, the house offers a perfect starting point for endless hikes, or other tours in the mountains, offering the greatest comfort after a day of exercise.
The house is equipped with the latest features, and as the highlight, a balcony where you can spend hours sunbathing, having dinner, or just gaping at the scenery.

In addition, the house has 2 garages to store your car(s). You also find bikes, suitable for cycling in hilly areas. Salzburger Land has a separate biking path all through The Valley.

At 100m distance, there is a large public swimming pool (outdoor), with glide, and large area to lay down.
At 2km, there is a lake, where you can swim, sport, and sunbathe.

The location is very sunny, and extremely well sheltered against wind, due to the shape of The Valley.

In the House, there are walking maps of the entire area, and walking path literally start from the village (Stuhlfelden). The village dates from the 12th century and has a church from that era. Several restaurants are available, including an excellent pizzeria at 5min walking distance.

For shopping, the city of Mittersil is as 4km distance, with all the typical supermarkets.
