Summerhouse West 207B is an adorable 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo perfect for a family vacation. The living room is a great place for relaxing and has access to the private balcony to enjoy the fresh gulf breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils needed to make a home-cooked meal. Seating for 6 people is available in the dining area and 2 people at the breakfast bar. The primary bedroom has a king bed the second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this vacation rental to sleep 6 people comfortably.

Summerhouse West is across the street from the beach but this unit offers guests a direct Gulf View from the private Gulf facing balcony. Enjoy a dip in the outdoor pool or spend time on the pier. Deeded beach access is between the two teal houses. Stackable washer and dryer in the hallway. Monthly rentals available October to March 1. 1 assigned covered parking space.

This is a nonsmoking property. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. No pets are permitted.

Nice Last Minute Vacation

This was our first time staying in this property. The inside of the unit was as pictured on the website. Overall, we were pleased with the actual rooms. The exterior of the property is in need of some updating. This is an interior unit in the central building (of three) so we felt a little closed in and had little visibility of the outside. The only downside to this unit are the two steep flights of stairs you have to climb to get to to the front door. Once inside you will have another set of stairs up to the bedrooms. This was kinda rough carrying all the luggage and gear. Be warned, there are no elevators! My sons loved the dock and access to fishing in the lagoon. The walk to the beach was not as bad as what we have had some other beach-side resorts. We just missed seeing the beach from our balcony. However, we enjoyed our trip and made some good memories here.

Loved the condo!

The place was nice and clean. Everything looked just like the pictures. Very nicely decorated. Condo is located on the quite end of the beach. This is the place if you want to relax. A short walk across the street to the beach. There's a pool at the property also that was nice. Entertainment is a short drive away. There was one small issue with one of the patios door locks. I called property management and they had someone out in a short period of time to address the issue. Also it doesn't mention stairs in the description of the property. It's two flights of stairs to get to the property and another set inside of the property. It was a little challenging getting the luggage up. Thank goodness we were in shape.

Condo was beautiful!!!Both the Keurig was very noisy and loud

The condo was absolutely beautiful!! The stairs were a little much for myself, the noisy keurig and the blinds in the master bedroom kept falling off we kept repairing them

Summer House West offers it all. This HOA community is an established combo of both owners and renters and the pricing is below markets of the other heavily congested areas of this Lovely Village on the Gulf! Summer House West! Get it.

Overall a nice stay

We enjoyed our time in the condo! Itā€™s decorated nicely and the views are stunning from all three balconies. Itā€™s spacious for a 2 bedroom. The walk to the beach was convenient and we had plenty of space to spread out. The pool is clean and nice and we spent a lot of time there. The lagoon side of the property is really great and our kids loved watching the boats and fishermen. The condo itself, however, needs some TLC - mostly just a deep clean. There were several stains/spills on the bathroom walls and they just felt dirty in general. There were a couple bath towels and the sheets on the king bed that were torn and had holes in them. The blender in the kitchen has what looks like rust or mold on the blades. The garbage disposal went out during our stay but maintenance came within a couple hours and it was taken care of. The amenities and location of the property were great - just needs a good once over.

This property was wonderful! Weā€™ve stayed in this complex for the past 5 years and love it. Condo was accurately described and well maintained. There is only ONE true downside which is the WiFi. Itā€™s terrible!

Just like a home away from home! All the benefits of comfort in a quiet, picturesque location. Peaceful lagoon to look out on, beach across the street, and stellar sunsets from the porch.

It was amazing!

The condo was so beautiful! Upon walking in and going to the balcony downstairs, we noticed the door handle was broken. Not sure if they were aware but we werenā€™t notified that it was broken. Other than that, everything was very clean and neat!

Peaceful

Loved every minute of it, wish we could have stayed another night because two was not enough! Very peaceful and quite, you couldnā€™t even tell others were staying in the adjoining condos until you seen them around. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated felt very comfy. Only thing main balcony handles were broken off so we did not have access to it. Luckily two other rooms did have access to balconies . And worked out fine. Other than that I would deff recommend for families to stay and will be returning!

Great to stay with family!

The condo was very clean and had just about everything we needed. The rental facility was very accommodating and great to work with. Great place to stay with a family. Quick easy walk to the beach, itā€™s far enough down on the stripe to be away from all the noise from the shops but still just a few a few minute drive to get to everything.
