Failure to comply with the county quiet hours ordinance will result in a minimum $500 fine, and may result in a police response and eviction with no refund. Please be mindful and respectful of the property neighbors and comply with local laws.No unregistered guests on the property. All guests must be on the reservation.Prior approval required for events for insurance purposes.PETS:Pets are allowed only if included on the reservation and the per pet fee of $50 is paid. We advise not permitting pets on the furniture to avoid the possibility of incurring damage or professional furniture cleaning costs. All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly. Pets must never be left alone on the property.SAFETY & SECURITY:The exterior of this property is under 24/7 AV security monitoring at all entrances. This is compliant with local law. Any efforts to tamper with, disable, or obstruct security equipment is a violation of local law and will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.NO SMOKING INSIDE:Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, or on the terrace. Any evidence of smoking will incur a minimum fee of $1,000 to cover odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Smoking is permitted only in the backyard or on the front porch if the windows and doors to the home are closed. This policy includes all forms of smoking, e-cigarettes included.Check-out Instructions:Check-out time is 10am.Please gather used towels and place them in either bath tub.Please gather all the rubbish and place it in the exterior trash bins upon check-out.Please leave the place as you found it; neat and tidy!
