Payment: agree to terms and conditions and credit card payment. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check in time is after 3:00 pm and check out time is by 10:00 am

Cancelation policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in they will get 50%, otherwise they will not get a refund.

Renter must be 25 years or older
