A bonus room offers a game table for six, board games, additional seating, and a twin trundle bed sleeping two. This space can be closed off from the main living area, creating a second lounge or movie room.

Routine pool or landscaping service may occur during your stay.

The home is not childproof. Guests are responsible for supervising children. There is no pool alarm on the doors leading to pool.
