Holiday house perfect for groups in an idyllic secluded location with pool

Our house is located in a quiet area in a small forest on the edge of Neuhaus an der Pegnitz. The center of the place can be reached by car within three minutes. For varied leisure activities there are some climbing rocks, hiking trails, stalactite caves, grottos, a pony farm, swimming pools / thermal baths / adventure pool, cinema, fishing, opportunities for canoeing etc. in the vicinity. The holiday home has 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 3 single beds. The kitchen also serves as a lounge with TV, refrigerator, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. Dishes and cutlery are available. In addition to a shower and toilet, the bathroom has two further sinks. Outside there is also a shower with curtain and a toilet with a lockable door. A covered terrace with table and seating completes the house. Next to the house there is a covered and tempered pool, as well as a large meadow and a forest. The meadow also offers the possibility of camping for larger groups. A beekeeping is located approx. 100 m next to the house in the forest. The area is partially fenced and the path is partially paved. Please note that our holiday home is very idyllic and does not have its own address. Therefore, we receive our guests at the specified address and accompany them to the accommodation (Geogr. Latitude: 49.62510467277909, Geogr. Length: 11. 559711887588492). The holiday home is operated with a power generator as there is no running water or electricity. Thus, the generator must be switched on for all devices powered by electricity. This is connected to a large tank, so that no independent refilling is necessary. The water from the taps in the house and the shower is not drinkable! Drinking water with glass carafes is provided free of charge. From approx. In June, the light / TV / mobile phone charging cable / toilet flush in the house is switched on by battery power, so that no power generator will be necessary anymore.
